Came from N.Lauderdale because of the amazing reputation this place has. And they did not disappoint! The subs were perfection, starting with the super soft bread. The meats were FRESHLY cut, and A-1 quality! The staff was so friendly, I spent time meeting the owner and chef. While doing so, another customer came in from Colorado, just for subs and pizza bread from Mr. D’s. I knew then, I’d made a great choice in getting the best subs in town!!! Publix, who??? I’m going back today because my mouth is now watering! Try it, one you know, you’ll know.

I for the most part have only picked up and even more so delivery and everyone here has been spectacular with their common just courtesy politeness and more so on top of everything else very prompt with their Pizza ? delivery are phenomenal and undoubtedly one of the best on the planet ?

I've been coming to Mr. D's for over 30 years, and I love it. The cheese bread was a childhood favorite. The lasagna, pizza, and Stromboli are the best! The sauce is amazing. They have great employees, and Mario has done a wonderful job serving the community. I absolutely love this place. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

My Boyfriend and I love Mr. D’s. We stay about 15 to 20 25 mins away from here and we make it our business to come get subs from here. My boyfriend really enjoys the steak and cheese sub & it is awesome every time. Best place in the area. We love it 5 stars❤️Kid-friendliness: They always speak to our son as well…. Which I adore

It took D 1.5 hours to deliver a pizza 1 mile away. Should have a time limit before the pizza is free that way they will hold themselves accountable to delivery times. The girl who took my order over the phone said 45-50 minutes.The pizza itself LOOKS amazing with a picture perfect crust. However the meatball topping doesn't actually resemble any meatballs I've ever seen or tasted. That and the pizza itself was the most bland/flavorless pizza I've ever tasted. The first time in my life I had to add salt to a pizza. Would also recommend they cook the pizza a couple minutes longer since the pizza center and bottom more closely resembled a microwaved pizza than an oven baked pizza.As time passes it's becoming increasingly difficult to find a good slice of pizza locally.

So glad I found out about this place!I got the Eggplant Parmesan & it was delicious. Everything was seasoned & very tasty & nice size portion.It's a small place with big flavor!. Definitely will be back to try something
