The ice cream was delicious, but the staff was not friendly, making the atmosphere uncomfortable. There was no greeting when we walked in, and we were the only people in the store. I saw our order of ice cream inside a bag on the counter and had to ask if it was ours instead of the staff simply calling our name to tell us the order was ready. Again, we were the only people in the store at the time we entered and while the ice cream was being made.

This place send you a promo for 30% off and when I get here they say it’s to late to give me the promo. I been here since 9:30 when they close at 10. The girl taking care of the place called the “manager” in charge and said it was too late and didn’t granted. Why send PROMOS for?????? Such a scam of a place and terrible management. Never again coming back to this place. Save yourself the money and give it to a business that actually know how to take care of people and do what they say their going to do!!!!!!

Went on a Friday night, the staff looked miserable- not one smile. Kids were excited to watch their ice-cream go into the machine and feel the "smoke" the vibe of the staff def brought down the excitement, the kids seemed to be bothering them.
