I am so annoyed with this location. I ordered 7 double bundtlet towers for my staff. The pick up was fine, I just wish I looked at each cake before leaving. I normally go to the sunrise location by Ikea but decided to try the plantation location as it is closer. What a complete disappointment. The cakes were done sloppy. The work was so unprofessional. Either train the staff on presentation or change the website to reflect what the consumer will actually be receiving. These were gifts and I was so embarrassed to present these sloppy cakes. I will not be patronizing this location again as they clearly don't respect their customers hard earned money. If you use this location be sure to look at your order before leaving. A complete waste of money!

On November 22, 2025, I ordered a cake online to pick-up on 11/26/25. I realized at around 7p that I forgot to pickup the cake, but the store never called to provide a reminder. The next day was Thanksgiving and of course, I had to wait until Friday the 28th to find out what happened. When I walked in and provided my info, the young lady informed me that I was never called because the ticket was not attached to the cake. So these people closed the store on Wednesday at 7pm, knowing that there was a cake there that was not picked up and didn’t bother to conduct some research to find out who it belong to. I spoke to manager Jass via telephone and she advised that IT IS store policy to call the customer, but because they were so busy, it was over looked. This cake was ordered online on 11/22/25, why was there no ticket attached to the cake? I accept that it was part of my responsibility for forgetting, I was being fair. Anyway, Jass offered only 10% ($3.90) and a free cupcake, unacceptable. I wanted to cancel the order to get a full refund and she said, NO. I requested 50% off, she said, NO. I requested a free cake next ordered and she said, NO. I had no choice but to take the cake and accept my loss. I have been a customer of Nothing Bunt Cake since 2012 in kendall and never have I not received a call. This was my first time in this store and definitely my last. Sunrise and kendall locations have never dropped the ball even though I always get the cakes during the holidays.

I believe that if you have workers in the building, someone should always be at the front or at least within view in case a customer walks in. It really should not take a customer calling the store from inside just to get service. The fact that you can clearly hear laughter coming from the back while people are waiting at the counter says enough. Some awareness and basic professionalism would go a long way.

First time trying a Bundt cake. The location atmosphere was nice, smaller and clean but the worker was extremely unwelcoming and rude. They also don’t provide any utensils she said which is a little odd since you’re eating an individual cake which is messy.
