I believe that if you have workers in the building, someone should always be at the front or at least within view in case a customer walks in. It really should not take a customer calling the store from inside just to get service. The fact that you can clearly hear laughter coming from the back while people are waiting at the counter says enough. Some awareness and basic professionalism would go a long way.
First time trying a Bundt cake. The location atmosphere was nice, smaller and clean but the worker was extremely unwelcoming and rude. They also don’t provide any utensils she said which is a little odd since you’re eating an individual cake which is messy.
Mikayla goes above and beyond to help you out. She also made sure everything came out great. A top tier employee that made the whole experience. Will definitely come back to this location.
