I was charged a convenience by the rude lady at this location yet I was playing cash after she added it on my receipt. (Confusing and sketchy) All she does is sit in the back and get upset when we walk up to purchase refreshments as if we’re interrupting her leisure time.The date was 01/22/24 at 8:30 PM. The people you employ have the ability to either make or break you and unfortunately she seems to not care whether she tarnishes this franchise’s image as she has done this on continuous encounters.

The gym overall is good…. But for personal training , I would give minus 5. Most of the trainers are teenagers without any formal preparation to train. Not just because you can do squats or lounges you should be training someone else. Sessions are for 25-50 minutes, and half of the time they get distracted talking with their friends. I was told I could try different trainers until I find someone I like. I scheduled with one of “master” trainers and he was upset because at the time I scheduled, he trains his “VIP clients “( that what he literally said)… if there’s a vip list or if that’s the case , he should not be available on the list for other clients to schedule. He was upset the whole session and the experience was super uncomfortable. Because of that I stop scheduling ( have approximately 60 personal training sessions accumulated) and when I called to cancel they said that I needed to wait 1year to be able to cancel ( that was not explained to me at the time of enrollment)… I signed and I honored the “contract “ , so Continued paying … but now when the year is up and I try to cancel , the only person that can help me is always busy, on vacation or unavailable. Left my information several times and 10 days later, still no answer. The personal training thing is a scam.

Love this LA fitness!! Their turf-floored bodyweight strength training section is a gym geek’s dream. I love how the cardio machines are all upstairs and how conveniently located every is in general. There’s a parking garage attached, so you can walk inside protected from heat and rain. Staff is always accommodating, upbeat and friendly. 10/10

Great news Nrgize juice bar inside LA Fitness at Palntation Fl is open again, the best smoothies and the best service, open day and night and on weekends. ?????

this is my main gym this is a main when I go to I really like that they have the boxing bags punching bags so I'm always in that room and of course the sauna of is a must

Awesome smoothie spot 10/10 reccomend the flavor is great and the price isn't too crazy

So much nicer in the new building. New equipment. Larger gym. Only thing I can complain about is the stationary bikes foot pedals are always broken
