As a sushi lover, I must say this was the best meal I have had in some time. We started with the Kani rangoon and the crispy, yet tender, fried baby octopus with yuzu aioli (Idako). We followed it with the G14 roll made with spicy yellowtail, spicy tuna, cream cheese, and avocado that is then flash fried. We then had the sea bream sashimi and a few pieces of otoro nigiri which were so fresh and creamy from the fat content in the tuna. Then came the creme de la creme, the aburi sake toro!! It's a soy brushed, then torched piece of toro topped with a drop of cilantro aioli and black caviar!! Best piece of nigiri I have ever put in my mouth!!! My friend ordered the curry udon as they were sold out of tonkatsu ramen, but he wasnt dissapointed. I tried a bite of it and the noodles were next level! We were stuffed after all of that and I wanted to skip dessert but I am so glad I didnt! I had never had ube before today and it was stunning. Beautiful color and smooth texture with a crunch for contrast, it made the perfect finish to the perfect meal! Our server, Tyler, was very knowledgeable about the menu and each dish came out promptly. We will definitely be back!!!!!Arigato, Otoro-sama!!!!

My wife and I really enjoy coming here. The food is fresh and delicious. The food options are great and tasty. They have some unique dishes, and they also have some regular staples you can except from a sushi restaurant. The atmosphere is nice and inviting. The service is wonderful.

I didn’t have any food when I came here but I will say if you looking for a relaxing spot to have a drinks and talk, this is the spot. Very comfortable and the staff is extremely friendly and fast with service. I came very late so I didn’t get a chance to try the food but next time I will try again.Parking: Plenty of parking because of the private parking lot. Plenty of space

We went for my brother’s birthday and it was incredible! I have to say that the Rock Shrimp and Lobster Karaage appetizers were my favorite and they were was AMAZING, 100% recommend to order! All the appetizers and sushi were great too! I really liked this place. I will definitely come back!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came here to review the restaurant for the city of plantation. Food dining experience page. I waited at the door for a few minutes before taking a seat at the only seat near the door area. A few minutes later I had a server approach me to ask me if I can not sit there and the owner/manager asked him to have me move and wait somewhere else. “The manager/owner really doesn’t like people sitting there” Based alone on this experience I will be writing about it in the dining section of plantation let’s eat! I would highly recommend giving your patronage elsewhere. Will not be reviewing the food here only service and experience 0 stars for Otoro sushi

Met a friend here. It was the first rime for both of us. We shared an appeitizer and a roll. The lychee martinis were good. She drank wine and I had way too many sakes. Will have to come back and try some other dishes and drink less. Spent more time catching up and drinking and really can't give an honest critique of the menu. The bartender Alisha was great. Informative and friendly, she tried to guide us. The ambiance of the restaurant is wonderful and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves.

The atmosphere, ambiance, food is incredible. Chef Jimmy and his wife are the best, there staff always treats everyone with so much respect, service is good, drinks are excellent, and the Omakase is to die for. If you have never had an experience, like this, you must try. The unique flavors from this chef experience, is unbelievable. The food here is always great and very fresh. The owners treat everyone as you are their most important customer. A must visit restaurant. You will not be disappointed.

I have went a couple of times with my friend and we loved it. The shogun noodles with tofu and the tsunami roll are amazing. Our waiter Tyler was very respectful and helpful. Not only that but he is a very sweet and handsome young man. He made sure that we were happy with the service and the food. We will definitely be back!
