This was a bad experience from the beginning. The hostess tried to seat us at a table that hadn't been cleaned, then she assured us not to worry and said she would call someone to clean it, even though the restaurant was not even 50% full. So we asked to be seated on a clean table. Then the waiter took our order, and we asked her a couple of times about the appetizer, which came with the soup and salad. She mentioned that at PF Changs, the appetizer comes after the soup and salad, which was ridiculous. Overall, the service was very slow, and it seemed like everyone had a ready excuse for incorrect things. I don't think I will go back.

Sat down right away, cocktails were very good, service good and food was excellent. Ambiance was good and noise level moderate but no issue hearing or talking to one another.

Food was pretty good. 2 issues though that made the made the experience worse than the many times I've been here before: 1- there was a party of 4 people in a table by us that didn't have a better idea than to share their dinner with a person #5 that was connected through facetime. The phone's volume level was so high that was unbearable. Teh call started 40' before we left and kept on going by the time we left that BTW, it accelerated our departure because we couldn't take it anymore. We didn't complain with the server because we didn't want to have any conflict with these people but this was so obvious that the server OR manager should've approached these people to ask them to cut it off OR reduce the volume significantly. 2- One of the dishes we ordered was the Mongolian beef. The portion was so small that seemed like a joke. We asked the server if that was actually the "dinner" size which is bigger and more expensive and she replied "yes". if this is the new norm in PF Chang, they have suddenly became a much worse value than before

Usually, my favorite here is the Mongolian beef. Unfortunately, this time it was not very good. It was extremely dry and didn't have its usual flavor. It's a shame to pay so much for Chinese food and be dissatisfied.

PF CHANGS is NOT ACCESSIBLE to people in Mobility scooters. No attempt was made to accommodate us for our reservation this past weekend even though I included in res notes that we had a mobility scooters. The Restaurant was extremely crowded (Good for the ownership), Extremely LOUD.. So loud the staff had problems hearing our needs. So we wound-up on he patio is 92+ degree weather, by ourselves (after-all, who else would opt to eat in sweaty conditions)... Nothing was offered except a very loud fan and glasses of iced water. We made the best of it as this is what friends can do,, but ZERO thanks to PF Changs.. -- I will never return to this location -- Oh and yes, the food was just mediocre

This location is always very professional, very easy to communicate with the waitress's/waiters if the staff is unsure of something they come and verify or ask a question. Instead of just throwing food in front of you and saying enjoy! Always satisfied and eager to return to this location!

The music in the restaurant was too loud and inappropiate. We told the host. He replied he could not lower the volume and we left. He offered a seat outside but they had the same music.

I just felt that for a restaurant not being full of people, that the service was not attentive enough. The drinks were delicious so was the lettuce wraps and soup.

Our server Seth gave exceptional service. He gave great tips for their extensive menu. I hadn't been to a PF Chang's in over 10 years and the lettuce wraps were still supreme. I will definitely be making a trip back.
