I love this panda express they always get my food right and are always nice zaara the girl that works at panda is always hard working and getting everyone their food fast and moving the line with a smile on her face. 10/10

This place took 30 minutes to get chicken egg rolls done. They never have any freaking food cooked. Their customer service is a joke they talked crap and sit there on their cell phones. I don't know what people they have working here but they really need to get rid of them. There I will never come back to this place again

The customer service. I watch server prepare 6 plates for men where she over loaded with 3/4 bigs spoons of rice, noodles and meat. I was ordering 3plates she barely gave me 1 spoon of rice and I said you overloaded the previous plates and uou barely giving me a spoon. Just cancel my order. I then asked for the manager and phones number to your corporate office. The manager , they called "Alex" dud not Eben come by the cashier to speak to me he told them to tell me it's on Google. The food at Panda was absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. However, I had a disappointing experience with the manager, who was very rude during my visit. Customer service is a key part of dining out, and unfortunately, their attitude took away from an otherwise great experience. I really think she is racist and rude to blacks. I hope the management can work on being more courteous to match the quality of their food!
This is a brand new restaurant and the customer service here is horrible.I was a Dasher picking up a order and the manager claim they were making the food.After the long wait she claim she never received the order.This manger was very disrespectful to me I will be writing the CEO of the company and she needs to be fired after her making me leave the store!!!
