Just order from here through Grubhub and had my order provided completely incorrectly and with the worst quality food. Avoid this place if possible.

First of all I went there and ordered and every single time I ordered or went my my chicken tasted like charcoal, and I couldn't bite into it, And the rice is cold and the green beans in the chicken are overcooked, Disappointing.

Food is what you’d expect, good if you like Panda Express already. The service has also always been nice. The main issue is their lack of food. Multiple visits at different times with different levels of busy, they usually have no food ready. Just now, they finally got more fried rice and chow mein, but still only have some orange chicken for entree, nothing else. And there’s not a lunch rush or anything. I regularly can’t order what should be easily available. So I skipped them and went elsewhere.
I’ll update when they finally get regular availability of food, which is a must for a FAST FOOD establishment.

First timer here. My plate had grilled teriyaki chicken paired with honey walnut shrimp and fried rice, and I added a side of chow mein too. Growing up in the Caribbean, I'd seen those Asian takeout boxes on tv quite a number of times but today was the first I actually got one – and it was cool. The food was good, and the shrimp was way better than I could've imagined.

Nelcy gave me the worst impression with lack of efforts being accommodating, wasn't friendly after asking for a sample of chicken. Orange chicken/crab racoon tasted as if they were left overs heated up from the night before. The worst part was finding a piece of hair in my food.

When I got in line there was 2 people ahead of me who were waiting on food to come out. The server didn’t even acknowledge the fact that I was in line after standing there for 5 mins. So I finally spoke and asked for orange chicken. I was told it will be ready in 3 mins. Then she disappeared and never came back. After about 3-5 mins a fresh bowl of orange chicken came out. The people before got served by a man then he walked away. A lady server continued accepting Uber orders instead of taking my order. That lead to the fresh bowl of orange chicken running out again. When she came to me I said I wanted orange chicken then told me I had to wait. I said I did wait they told me 3 mins already but yet 15 mins later I’m being told to wait again. I walked off upset. A complete waste of my time
This is absolutely disgusting. Not the type to write a bad review but im sick to my stomach, the service was okay but the food quality is terrible. Uncooked chicken & taste disgusting.

This place took 30 minutes to get chicken egg rolls done. They never have any freaking food cooked. Their customer service is a joke they talked crap and sit there on their cell phones. I don't know what people they have working here but they really need to get rid of them. There I will never come back to this place again

The customer service. I watch server prepare 6 plates for men where she over loaded with 3/4 bigs spoons of rice, noodles and meat. I was ordering 3plates she barely gave me 1 spoon of rice and I said you overloaded the previous plates and uou barely giving me a spoon. Just cancel my order. I then asked for the manager and phones number to your corporate office. The manager , they called "Alex" dud not Eben come by the cashier to speak to me he told them to tell me it's on Google.
