I ordered an Orange Chicken bowl, to go. When I got home, they gave me a sad chicken breast, chopped with gristle and bone. Yummy? No...Barf! Embarrassing. Talk about a staff that doesn't care. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because the lady behind the counter was very nice. Wish I could say the same for the rest of this location.

AnJela was fixing my plate when I asked her for a darker piece of Teriyaki meat she found that funny and laughed. Even my husband found that strange. I'm a paying customer I'm not getting my meal for free . If I want my meal a certain way it should NOT feel weird or funny to you. Also the day before yesterday I asked for a cup of water she says there's a dollar charge for that. Is this something new ?
I ordered Beijing beef and orange chicken... The photo is what I received. One order was correct this one completely wrong! Then when. I called they said I had to call back in 30 minutes.

Very busy but the manager had enough staff and employees and everyone was working hard. I in error placed the wrong order and Jose the manager resolved it

Wheelchair accessibility: There's a couple of handicap spots right at the front I had no trouble getting out and into my wheelchair it's a little tight quarters but not terribly bad

Omg. I had 2 plates with my husband and I wanted the chicken and mushrooms and the string beans chicken. They were out of the string beans chicken so I ordered the double mushroom chicken, I had 3 pieces of chicken, all zucchini and very little mushrooms in an over salted sweet sauce. Best is I asked for a cup to have water and they do not allow that. Meanwhile they have a soda machine with ice and water. Are you kidding me the cup is less than a penny. You save less than $4.00 bucks getting the app. This is not a recommended place to go. Very unsatisfactory. Clearly did not know what to do with the reward on the App. We had to ask 4 employees.
