Panera Bread is a great restaurant with friendly and attentive staff. This location is always clean, thanks to the ownership's efforts. It features a couple of tables outside and booths and tables inside, making it a preferred spot for many customers. The parking lot has a few slots close to the shop, including handicap spaces. The app has some room for improvement, but the in-store experience is pleasant. The onsite self-ordering system is smooth and user-friendly, allowing customers to easily access their accounts and menu options. However, there have been issues with order fulfillment, as some customers have received incomplete orders despite confirmation emails. The menu offers a variety of options, including the Sips Club, although some popular items have been discontinued, such as the kids' broccoli Mac and cheese.
