On thurs Aug 28 I called and spoke to a male manager at 9:29am and asked him specifically to make sure my to go order is correct with sauce on the side. I told him the reason I am doing so is because LITERALLY 30 to 40 % of the time my order is wrong like no bacon on a bacon egg sandwich(all the time). When I had to call back because my order was wrong the manager gave me some kick back and I still have not received my refund. PS the reason I dine at a place that gets my order wrong is because they are always apologetic and either make a new one or refund. It is the convenient distance from my house.

I love the switch of bread used for the chicken avocado melt which is my absolute favorite. It was already delicious but now it's even more yummy. The service is always so delightful. My favorite location thus far. The only thing I'd change is the wifi connection in the back by the fountain drinks and bring back the cinnamon roll with the brownie chunks on top.☺️❤️

On Saturday I visited this location and I got the worst customer service you can imagine. The associate did not greet me, my order was not fulfilled to what I wanted. Then the associates just placed my order on the counter and walk away. Mind you I came in an had to asked to served. Yesterday, around 5:15pm I called the store and try talking with the store manager about the horrible service I received. He was extremely cold on the phone, he did not care to hear about my experience. This tells me that poor customer service starts from poor management!!!
NO ONE WAS AT THE FRONT. ITS OK. IT SEEMS YOU GET A LOT OF TAKEOUT.
BUT THE ANGER OCCURRED WHEN I GOT HOME TO DIG IN.
