I just found it odd that after ordering two bear claws and seeing one on display and a tray full of fresh baked ones, they would not fulfill the entire order because their freshly baked pastries were made to sell the next day. What??? ?

The place is great. Although the app leaves a lot to be desired. The staff here is great, attentive, and friendly. Suzanne knows me by face and greets me every morning by name. Ownership always makes sure the location is clean. I take full advantage of the Sips Club, but I wish they had more deals.I'm excited about the new menu options, but they got rid of the kids' broccoli Mac and cheese, which I know was very popular

My experience was brief but great! My only note is that the staff was arguing with each other and being very loud. It's kinda unprofessional. They were having an attitude with the customer before us but I'm unsure of who was in the wrong so I brushed it off

Enter the store no cashier at the counter 2 customers were ahead of me I went to back spoke to manager regarding no cashier she advise the cashier is tied up we will until she gets done waited over 20mins to place an order, my order was a small mc&cheese with a strawberry banana smoothie , smoothie was horrible no strawberry the smoothie appeared white no ice it was warm I returned it for refund . Waited another 20 mins for the Mac& cheese which hot and cold at the time overall HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

My daughter had a coupon from school for a free kids meal, so we stopped by after-school to grab a bite for the family.She went with the grilled cheese and loved it!I got deli ham sandwiches, chips, and our favorite Passion Papaya Iced Green Tea.Everything was fresh and delicious.I love that they show you the progress of your order. The restaurant was clean and the workers (cashier and cooks/servers) were pleasant.

I have never been to panera before because I've heard bad things, however those were wrong. All the staff were extremely friendly. Food was outstanding. I will definitely be back for more.

Been going to this Panera for years now, it's gotten extremely dirty, unkempt, especially the bathroom, when it's time to wash up, I feel dirty walking out. Manager there is always sitting down on her phone, order taking is extremely slow!

Terrible service. I went to this store to pick up the delivery order. The store employees told me that it’s gonna be ready in 10 minutes. After 15 minutes of waiting I asked what’s going on with the order and they told me that they don’t have one of those items and they didn’t even start to prepare the order. I don’t know why they didn’t tell me this information when I just came in. Anyway I had to cancel the order to not wait another 20 minutes. Lost my time. Lost my money. Very disappointed.
