We always buy our pizzas at this Papa John’s, and over the last three orders, the preparation has been terrible. They’ve been putting the toppings like bacon, onions, and mushrooms only on one part of the pizza instead of spreading them evenly! No matter how good the ingredients or the pizzas are, when they make them like that, you just can’t enjoy a good pizza!

I’m only posting this out of concern. I walked into the restaurant to pick up my order and noticed a gentleman mopping the floor. I didn’t think anything of it because it was raining outside and I assumed they wanted to keep the floor cleaned. What made this experience alarming was there was a white gentleman wearing eyeglasses who was mopping the floor and the bucket spilled over which caused him to slip and his eyeglasses fell off! I started to ask if he was OK however he was so annoyed at what happened. He slammed the mop down, picked up his glasses and was muttering expletives. As he moved the mop and bucket to the side after mopping up the spill he made. WHAT HAPPENED NEXT WAS VERY ALARMING. HE THEN WENT OVER TO THE PIZZA PREP STATION AND STARTED TO PREPARE A PIE WITHOUT EVEN WASHING HIS HANDS. WHAT WAS EVEN MORE ALARMING WAS THE MANAGER RUNG MY ORDER UP BUT SHE DIDN’T EVEN TELL HIM TO GO WASH HIS HANDS OR PUT ON GLOVES! For starters that’s unsanitary! Secondly, there’s no telling what kind of germs or diseases such as fecal matter, E. coli, or any other bacteria that could’ve been picked up from mopping the floor, and you put your bare hands on the pizza that you’re serving to your customers! After witnessing that, I took my two pizzas that I ordered. I left the location and threw it in the trash because there’s no telling if they did that in front of my face what they did to my pizza. I didn’t want to ask for a refund or make a scene because I did not want to deal with any confrontational drama, but this was a stock reminder not to support that location.Buyer beware!

Wow! Perfectly cooked, delicious pizza and the phone and business staff could not have been nicer. The cinnamon pullaparts were amazing. Wish I lived here, this would be my go to pizza place. Thank you for feeding 4 hungry workers.

Wowza talk about hiring the worst most unprofessional person you could to put up front.. the guy sits 20 feet back yells to you in gibberish like your supposed to inderstand then just over talks and is rude the entire time.. 1000% disappointed and it’s sad to see people slightly older then my generation lacking any form of work ethic…..
I have to say my favorite pizza is Papa Johns!!John's!!! However I will never do delivery again from this store. The driver just dropped my pizza in front of the door after a light knock.. that pissed me off to no end. So now I just pick up my orders... the people at the store are nice and well mannered.

It must be my year with rude pizza spots. Let me tell you, not only did I wait on hold for over 10 minutes, the man who answered the phone at 8:15 PM on Monday, January 6, 2025 was so rude. I made a mistake and sent to the wrong address because I ordered so much from Papa John's, but this encounter makes me never want to order again. I asked him what my options were. He told me that I could come pick it up pr he can cancel the order. I asked, "Do I get a refund if it's canceled?" In the most sarcastic tone, he says, "Well, that's how cancelations work!" I said, "I didn't know, I'm just asking." He's like, "Yeah, that's how cancelations work." So, I'm like, but ease up on the attitude. He's like, "I don't have an attitude, good night." This miserable man hung up the phone in my face. Disgusting and rude and probably why he is so angry about his life.

The man with glasses who attends at the checkout is very rude to customers has not received public relations classes to be at the head of the business. The times I've gone he's always been very rude, he's not nice at all.
