Wowza talk about hiring the worst most unprofessional person you could to put up front.. the guy sits 20 feet back yells to you in gibberish like your supposed to inderstand then just over talks and is rude the entire time.. 1000% disappointed and it’s sad to see people slightly older then my generation lacking any form of work ethic…..

I have to say my favorite pizza is Papa Johns!!John's!!!
However I will never do delivery again from this store. The driver just dropped my pizza in front of the door after a light knock.. that pissed me off to no end. So now I just pick up my orders... the people at the store are nice and well mannered.

It must be my year with rude pizza spots. Let me tell you, not only did I wait on hold for over 10 minutes, the man who answered the phone at 8:15 PM on Monday, January 6, 2025 was so rude. I made a mistake and sent to the wrong address because I ordered so much from Papa John's, but this encounter makes me never want to order again. I asked him what my options were. He told me that I could come pick it up pr he can cancel the order. I asked, "Do I get a refund if it's canceled?" In the most sarcastic tone, he says, "Well, that's how cancelations work!" I said, "I didn't know, I'm just asking." He's like, "Yeah, that's how cancelations work." So, I'm like, but ease up on the attitude. He's like, "I don't have an attitude, good night." This miserable man hung up the phone in my face. Disgusting and rude and probably why he is so angry about his life.

The man with glasses who attends at the checkout is very rude to customers has not received public relations classes to be at the head of the business. The times I've gone he's always been very rude, he's not nice at all.

You guys must be running out of cheese because WTH is this ? This was a cheese pizza that was CHEESE-LESS. I would have disputed if I didn’t pay cash. And my cinnamon pull apart was close to burnt . Not sure what’s going on today but please reeavaluate what your serving customers who PAYYYYYY their hardworking money.

I hate to report the poor service received on 7/18/24. The attendant stood speaking with his coworker about politics. After I kept looking at him to approach me and take the order, he did not seem polite. In addition, I noticed that one of the workers in the kitchen area did not have his dread kicks covered and scratched his head as he flipped his locks. I definitely will not recommend their service to anyone.

Edited6/21- Edward came through! Called in and asked for Edward. He came to the phone, was polite, listened and actually remembered the situation. He had our pizza here in less than 30 minutes. The quality of the pizza was top notch!!I’ll say it again. Accidents happen…it’s how they are handled that makes the difference!! Edward you are appreciated!! He is what every manager should strive to be!
Update: The manager, Edward called, and asked for more information. He listened, apologized, and asked how he could make it right. He applied a credit to our account for our next order as all we wanted was what we paid for. His acknowledgement and appropriate resolution is the customer service we wanted and expected. Mistakes happen…it’s how we deal with them that matters! 5⭐️for Edward!! Rating updated for this. Will update again after we use the credit.
6/9 we returned home from a long day of travel and had family in from out of town. We placed an online order to be delivered which we usually do about once a week. The tracker stated that the order had been delivered at 11:02 and it had not. I attempted to contact the store. After being on hold with no answer for 8 minutes I hung up and called back and left to drive to the store at the same time as it closed at 11:30. A man answered the phone after 6 more minutes of being on the phone and put me on hold to contact the driver. He had not returned to the phone by the time I arrived at the store but was on the phone with the driver (drew) who stated it had been delivered. After arguing with me for a few minutes and telling me not to shoot the messenger the man in the store told me that he could remake the pizzas, but he really didn’t want to because he was trying to close. I informed him that I have video surveillance of my house recording 24 hours a day seven days a week and offered to show him video direct from the app on my phone. I then called my husband to check to make sure they had not been delivered while I was gone and they had not. Drew arrived back at the store and insisted that he delivered to my house. There are specific delivery instructions that instruct the drivers to ensure they are on Terrace and not Ave as it is right around the corner.
We were weekly customers and after those incident we will be finding a new pizza place. Accidents happen; mistakes are made…we are all human. The horrible, unapologetic customer service is my issue in this situation. There was no attempt to make this right in any way. To top off the entire ordeal our pizza that he did remake was only half cooked.
