I ordered pizza for my teenage son while at work… the food was delivered but once my son gave him the money for the food he stood there staring at my son like he’s demanding a larger tip which my teenage son is just a child, which a tip can be any amount it does not say a specific amount we had to pay… that was crazy and unsafe and I would never Order delivery if my child my teenage son is home alone again that’s crazy and it’s ridiculous and very insane.

I ordered an Ultimate Pepperoni pizza, which is supposed to come with "a blend of Parmesan and Romano" cheese, but only got the regular mozzarella. I also ordered honey chipotle boneless wings and this indeed was a joke, I kind of got some nuggets with a little salsa applied on top. So please, don't order anything but the basics from this place.

They put me on hold 3 times and never picked up the phone. Try to ask a question about a topic on line and it only have a set of answers that did not answer what i am looking for. I will never order from this place again.?

Call another location! Papa John's charged me a delivery fee. The pizza was never delivered to my home. I called, and the manager said I have to pay for the delivery fee AGAIN. The manager on staff was Dexter.

Been going to this Papa Johns over 6 years. Asked specifically for hand tossed pizzas; only to have all pizzas four pizzas run through machine and none hand tossed. Very disappointed; paid for hand tossed not machine tossed not the same. Employee was not willing to have re-done and felt dissatisfied especially not receiving what I asked for, hand tossed pizzas. It was not busy I was the only customer in the store at the time.
