I decided to stop to get food for my family as I am 8 months pregnant and did not feel like cooking. When I arrived I really needed to use the restroom. I asked the employee if I may please use the restroom that’s right there when you walk in. He said no it’s for employees only. I explained I understood the policy but this was really an emergency as I’m pregnant. He responded by saying “too bad. Pee outside or when you get home.” Appalling!! I hope no one ever treats his mama or wife this way. Will never go back there again!!

Whoever was working on August 9th 2025 was extremely rude and dismissive. There was a miscommunication on their part , which they acknowledged but proceeded to rude. I tried three times and was rudely dismissed I wasn’t combative at all. You guys need to properly train your employees. It wasn’t my fault for the mistake which they acknowledged but proceed to misplace on me. Terrible people work there and terrible customer service. I will be telling everyone about it . Ordered from Pizza Hut, I got it in 10 mins

The service is absolutely appalling. I recently placed an order that wasn’t available, so they called to offer a substitution. Unfortunately, I missed the call because my ringer was turned off. I returned the call within 10 minutes, but the person I spoke with was extremely rude.
I understand the frustration—I've worked service jobs before—but treating people with respect is the bare minimum. I’m not looking to report anyone, but I just want to say: if you don’t have customer service skills, don’t work a job that requires them.

They were so racist to me. I guess it was because I was black. They gave me a hard time. Didn’t want to serve me. He was very mean to me. He said his name was Joshua, but he really didn’t wanna give me his name. I didn’t even want the food. My feelings was so Hurt it was my birthday and I really wanted to try the shack pizza I know that sometimes Black people have a bad representation so I try as hard as I could not to be aggressive, but to still get treated like that it really did something to me so instead of arguing, I just came here to express how I was treated. Restaurant is extremely poorly run. Rude employees. This guy was talking trash to a Doordash driver when I arrived. Don’t eat here. This is a picture of the racist employee that was demeaning to a Doordash driver. Guy sweeps floors at papa John’s and had the nerve to run his mouth to a business owner. Store shouldn’t be open and the employee shouldn’t have a job

We’ve ordered takeout from here several times. Food is good and always ready on time. I like their GF pizza and also the new papa bowls are great I tried the veggie one.
Pizzas here are normally undercooked which is why I specifically ask for well done and they ignore that. Toppings are unevenly shovelled on the pie, 3" of the crust is bare toppings are scarcely sprinkled towards the middle. Extremely unskilled pizza makers.

I'm very bummed out from my delivery. I ordered my pizza and delivery was great and all but they forgot the #1 important thing to add onto the pizza. "Cheese". I never clicked on a box on the online order a No Cheese Pizza with toppings. That one bite just ruined my night and my hunger. Hope you guys have a good night and please do better at your jobs. I feel like you're trolling me to have no cheese on this pizza. And as of today, I'm going to politely drive to this location when you open to speak with a manager about last night's pizza. I will be very nice and calm. But I am very butthurt by this pizza not being correctly made.
