I order a pizza every Saturday for my kids and never had issues. I specified thin crust but got a very rubbery crust, and some places of the pizza did not have any cheese. I was very disappointed and my kids hated the pizza, I ended up throwing it away $17.00 in the garbage.

As a connoisseur of the Papadilla, I need to mention crust shape, texture, parm crust, and flavor: all 10; about the ingredients: preparation, balance, and quality: all 10; garlic sauce in box; very fast preparation. I ordered a pizza and they made a mediocre pizza. That has been my opinion the past three times I have ordered from here. Interaction with staff was okay. Not horrible, not great either. 3/5 if you're hungry and in the mood for comfort pizza. Gets the job done.

The manager's customer service leaves a lot to be desired. He deserves a zero (0) or worse. The food: BOWLS Do Not Order! I received toppings only NO PASTA, NOTHING ELSE! Picture does not reflect the flat crap I received. Even that tasted overly salted, couldn't use as toppings. I don't get why they call it a Bowl when it was just cheese and veggies, VERY SPARSE nothing there. Called, the Mgr, he did not care a bit, he said "I don't even know why they have that on the menu". He's lucky I forgot his name. There was no offer to resolve but the fact I could place another order! Really, Not EVER!!! Order #W 0155 $43.42 and #P 0168 Store #923 or 925, Needed something to eat, ordered a small cheese pizza; new order quoted $13.99 charged $14.99. unbelievable. i wish this was No Stars, with their "we're hiring" bs sign. No wonder why they're only 2.5 stars. This is by far the WORST PLACE! I called with TWO different phones 32mins BEFORE closing. They kept putting me on hold ignoring my calls when it's a Friday night and they close at 1:30AM. Then I decided to drive over there since they kept putting my call on hold. Knowing they ain't even that busy. Even worse! I ask for the manager who was closing tonight for half Hawaiian and half cheese. He was already showing annoyance on his face and didn't seem like he ain't want to do anything but chat up with the cook talking foolishness. I don't care if it's before closing, especially 30 minutes before. It makes no sense. Didnt make my pizza with standard health food preparation. Used bare hands before washing to make my pizza. Once I received my pizza, there was pepperoni and chicken on one side then cheese on the other half. 4 mins left before closing I came in to handle the situation. This manager have the audacity to claim that i said pepperoni when that NEVER came out of my mouth. He said all he could do (only because he want to go home) is to put pineapples over the pizza and cook it again. Took my red pepper bags and never gave it back. Not even make a new pizza if "only" takes a "few minutes. Not discount my food. none of it. THE WORSE PLACE TO GO TO. Completely RUINED my pizza night!THIS PIZZA TASTE DISGUSTING after trying it. My experience at this particular Papa John’s was great. I was on they way from Hallandale to Plantaion for my niece’s birthday event. I called the closest Papa John’s to her. It was this location. As I was driving I called and spoke to a young man named Corinthian. My order was complex and required some assistance. Corinthian took the order simplified it despite the intricacy. He also let me know that i wasn’t an issue. The order was ready before I arrived ten minutes later. He handled the order with professionalism and respect. I asked him who is the manager and he said he is. So I think this is the best way to acknowledge an asset to your company. To whom ever that owns this location make something happen for him better than just recognizing. Also my order was in the afternoon of 6/25/23.Around 1 pm.
