Don't get me wrong I love Papa Johns Pizza. However, I order a pizza delivery every week from this store which is literally less than a mile away. 9 out of 10 times the pizza takes an hour to get here and it's cold. I've complained and they promised my next pizza was free. I was never able to collect on this promise because the staff changes as frequently as you change your underwear. Nobody knows about anything! Customer service needs a lot of improvement.
