On October 31 I ordered from this location and after having the ETA change more then 5 times I called the store. I spoke with a manager who assured my pizza was headed out the door and on its way. I waited 30 minutes or more, though I only stay 5 mins from the store. When the pizza never arrived I called back and spoke with the same manager who said that I could come get the pizza because they were busy and the driver was not there any longer. She promised I would be issued a refund. I drove to the store and was given cold food. My family and I were so frustrated and disappointed that we had been waiting so long for this cold food. I usually order at least once a week from here but since I’ve been so disappointed by not only the food but mostly the service. I don’t think I’ll be doing this location again and I would recommend anyone else go to this location either; not if you’re looking for timely, honest and quality service or good.

Papa Johns Has gone down hill. They skimp on sauce and toppings, and the las several times the thin and crispy is under cooked and soggy. It has just been a waist of money for me.
I expect better from PJ's but it was definitely run of the mill. Super salty ?We've bought grocery store frozen pizza that tasted better

Unprofessional when it comes to updating orders. Had to cancel my order for not being on time and no eta was given and was informed refund takes a week, so we’ll see what happens next I guess. I use to like Papa Johns, now I’m seeing why Domino’s and Pizza Hut starting to do better than them.
