I ordered one pizza that night. Waited in the front of the gate of my building during 60 minutes and the driver change the order to DELIVERED and I never saw the pizza, the driver, any sms or call. Completely

Seems like they spent millions advertising their Halloween pumpkin shape pizza but zero preparing for the the rush! When I ordered the pizza I was told it would take HOURS! I drove over thinking it was a mistake but nope the place was packed with people waiting forever for their orders! I asked if I can order from another Papa Johns and was told that they're probably backed up too! I then asked to cancel my order and was told I would get a refund within 3-5 days. WHAT? The money was taken instantly out of my account but now I have to wait DAYS for a refund? Needless to say i drove home and deleted the Papa Johns app as soon as possible! What a fucking joke! Lost my business forever!! If I ever see any of their stupid commercials I'll be sure to change the channel or better yet turn off the TV!

I will never order from this placa again. My husband and I are on our second day of a really bad case of food poisoning. It’s such a shame that the food safety and quality is not maintained. I have never experienced such a bad case of food poisoning as I have this week after eating here. Stay near and clear of this location as Food quality and safety is not their priority.

I had a cheese pizza. Soggy crust. The sauce had a good taste. Too expensive. Overall, not enjoyable. I had pizza from a Papa John's in another state and it was much better. In particular the crust was much better. This is not very good at all.

Placed an order. They called after 45 minutes saying they can’t deliver. Options were to cancel or make it delivery. No apologies. No ownership of their mistake. Why wait for 44 mins to say they can’t deliver? Horrible customer service!
