Parlour Vegan Bakery seriously saved the day for my wedding! I reached out to them pretty last-minute needing a vintage-style, all-white wedding cake — and not only did they say yes, but they crushed it.

The cake was absolutely gorgeous — everyone was honestly blown away when they saw it. And we added our sunflowers to it, making it even more on theme with the wedding!!

And the best part? It tasted just as amazing as it looked — completely vegan, super moist, and all my guests loved it (even the non-vegan ones!).

I’m so grateful they made it happen so quickly and with so much care. If you’re looking for beautiful desserts with incredible flavor and a team that really goes the extra mile, Parlour is the place to go. Total lifesavers and absolute pros!

It's a small bakery that gets crowded really quickly and it's a little pricey but they ARE treats so, I don't mind a short line. It's not you're waiting in line at Walmart or something.

Absolutely everything that I've ever had has been really delicious. I can honestly say that I've never been disappointed. I've been primarily WFPB. This opens up a whole new world of deliciousness for me.

The empanadas and pizza rolls are especially good and try the coffee crumb doughnuts! I have nothing bad to say outside of the parking situation.

The young ladies in the front are usually pleasant enough. They warm up more with a good vegan conversation and a smile. But that doesn't cost me anything. Giving love to all beings is the best practice imo. So I definitely recommend this spot. Bring the sceptics in your lives.

I contacted Parlour the day before my son’s birthday to see if I could get something for him. He was vegetarian but recently decided to be fully vegan. I didn’t think I really had a chance to get something to be honest but thought I’d give it a shot.

Instead Camilla contacted me and not only arranged for a cake, but some cupcakes and empanadas as well. She even conveniently delivered them for me! My husband and I were floored how beautiful everything looked. We decided not to tell any of our guests that everything they were eating was vegan. We tried several empanadas, I fell in love with the broccoli, potato, & “cheese” and my son loved all of them, even asking me today to get more! The cupcakes were so good, like the strawberry with a strawberry “cream” topping with delicious strawberry preserves in the middle. Finally the cake was gorgeous and had a yummy biscoff tasting center.

My favorite part of the night was revealing the truth, which led to our guests laughing in disbelief. Since the event, they have been so much more supportive of his beliefs, including his siblings asking to go get empanadas with him sometime. I can’t thank Camilla and the incredible team of Parlour because you helped me not only have delicious ethical treats for my son but you helped open up a lot of people’s minds who will be more supportive of veganism in the future simply because the food was that good! A warm thank you from me and my son Bassel, who will always use Parlour any chance we can.

I am quite disappointed. I went on my lunch break specifically to buy the gluten-free donuts, only to find the store closed. There was no prior notice about the store going out of business.

I have made several gluten-free vegan cupcake orders from Parlour for special events, and they have always been a hit! The team at Parlour are very accommodating with delivering special orders as well. 10/10 GF vegan baked goods!!

I was unaware they don’t have a physical location anymore. I googled Parlour and an address popped up so drove there. It’s coming soon but not open. Drove to the old location where I last knew it to be and also closed. Not the end of the world, as I called and was directed online for curb side pick up only. Log on and attempt to place an order for a dozen donuts. 2 options of delivery in 3 days or pick up. When I select pick up (at the original address I drove to) there’s no available date to actually select. Everything is grayed out. Call back and listen to the automated message, which lists the wrong address and hours that seem to be unavailable. Tried to speak to a person and also unsuccessful. Food and baked goods have always been excellent, however the run around and poor marketing to direct customers how to get or order treats is disappointing.

I ordered a frozen theme cake and cupcakes over the phone and had them delivered on the day of the party. I wish I took pictures because it came out beautiful and exactly what we wanted. The flavors were delicious and the woman who took my order was very helpful. The whole experience was flawless and it was one less thing I had to think about for a birthday party. I would order again and recommend.

I had been a loyal customer of this store until today. I decided to place an online order for pickup since they don’t have a physical location. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible decision. They sent me a confirmation email without providing an address. The email mentioned "shipping method: production kitchen," but when I Googled the address, it was incorrect.

I no longer live in the area, but I was visiting from Orlando and staying in Tamarac. I had to drive all the way to Plantation, only to be told by a lady there that the location was in Lauderhill. When I explained that I could get there in 14 minutes, she told me they couldn’t wait because the delivery person had to leave.

When I requested a refund, she refused, saying that the empanadas were already baked. I questioned why they couldn’t wait for me, and she insisted they needed to leave immediately. I asked why they didn’t have another person to handle such situations. She responded rudely, asking why they should hire someone else just because I didn’t arrive on time.

I reminded her of the importance of customer service, but she argued that they weren’t even open and were doing me a favor by accommodating my order. This experience is exactly why vegan businesses like this fail—they don’t prioritize customer service and only think of themselves, not their customers. I strongly advise against ordering pickup from this place if you want to avoid a bad experience. They clearly lack the staff to meet customer needs, and their customer service team lacks problem-solving skills.

I just recently ordered food from their pop-up shop and I didn’t realize that when you order $80 worth of food from this place you get it cold what a letdown.

We had such a great experience ordering goodies from this bakery.! The cupcakes were delicious and they even included a sweet message for our baby. The team was so nice and gave me reassurance with our baby having a peanut/egg allergy. Will definitely be back !

Mojo empanadas here are so good. Wide selection of sweets. Cookies, cupcakes, flan at times and other treats. Empanadas and sandwiches. Drinks and coffee. Great place to try.
