I’m a frequent visitor to PDQ because their chicken always hits the spot, whether it’s a sandwich, nuggets, or tenders. I decided to stop in the Plantation location before I headed south back home. This time, I noticed they had the new Nashville Hot Sandwich on the menu and couldn’t resist trying it!
This sandwich features two crispy tenders perfectly seasoned with Nashville Hot spices, topped with crunchy pickles, and served on a soft bun. The first bite was a flavor explosion! The tenders were juicy with a bold, smoky heat that balanced perfectly with the tanginess of the pickles. The spice level was just right—not too overwhelming but enough to leave a satisfying kick on your palate. Paired with their golden, crispy fries, it was a meal I’ll definitely come back for.
If you’re a fan of Nashville Hot anything, this sandwich delivers on both flavor and quality. The chicken is cooked to perfection, and the seasoning is bold without being overpowering. PDQ nailed the balance between crispy, spicy, and savory.

Everything I ordered- including sauces- were in my bag, the food was hot and delicious, and my meals were waiting for me exactly when they said it would be! It’s in a great location and the staff was very friendly!

It’s called PDQ for a reason! I placed my order on the online mobile app and it was absolutely ready for me to pick up as soon as I got there. They put that other “Chik” place to shame. My salad was the BOMB!!!

Horrible customer service. Food is good but very inconsistent. First few times I went there they were nice but after a while they randomly developed attitude. Got sauces thrown in my bag because the lady at the window didn’t ask for my sauces for one meal so I forgot. Told the lady who was giving me my order got it all over the bag because she threw them in there. Hands all sticky boxes all sticky had to tell manager. Customer service so bad definitely not coming to this location anymore only Pembroke Pines! :)!!
Ordered online, picked up in drive thru. Order was ready when I arrived, staff was very friendly and gave great service. They were happy to provide plastic cups full of ice and sweeteners to go with the half gallon of tea we purchased. Food was hot and tasty as expected. I'll return!
