I had such a great experience at Phuse Cream thanks to Ama! She was super knowledgeable about all the ice cream flavors and helped me find the perfect vegan options since I’m dairy intolerant. The vegan ice cream and macaroons she recommended were absolutely delicious! I was sad that the coconut ice cream wasn’t available, but she showed me the coconut macaroon. Really appreciated her kindness and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be back. 💖

Love the product but the customer service here isn’t the best. I ignored it the first two times because like people just have bad days and/or some people are just socially awkward, but around the 3rd/4th time come on…. When asking questions you get blank stares. Reading the other reviews I see I’m not alone with thinking this.

Great decor, awesome service, reasonably priced…Mel was great! And trust me it’s not easy with my little one! The ice cream was wonderful, and the cookie butter macarons were absolutely delicious! Will definitely be returning for our weekly ice cream outing!😋
