Plantation Diner is a clean and well-kept establishment with an excellent selection of menu options to satisfy a wide range of preferences.
Customer Service:
Server, Barbara, provided outstanding service. She was courteous, attentive, and engaging, ensuring a warm and enjoyable dining experience.
Unfortunately, the service from Suzanne did not reflect the same level of professionalism. She appeared disengaged and unapproachable, avoiding eye contact throughout the interaction. When I asked about the menu sides, she only pointed to the menu rather than providing an explanation. There was also noticeable confusion when I inquired about the types of toast available she seemed unwilling to respond, and it wasn’t until my partner asked twice that she finally answered, in a short and dismissive manner. At that point, it became evident that we were being treated differently.
Additionally, part of our order was overlooked, and we had to request our orange juices a second time when they arrived, no straws were provided. Her overall demeanor made us feel unwelcome, which was disappointing given the otherwise pleasant environment and the excellent service from Barbara.

Great coffee. Reasonable prices.
Really, everyone is just great here.
The wait time (even at 9 on a Sunday morning) was just a few minutes.
Our breakfast was on the table in about 10 minutes and our coffee cups were never empty.

Came in for the first time with my friend and hands down the best breakfast spot I have visited in a long time. The hostess was all smiles, warm and friendly. I wish I got her name. Kay our server was the best. So down to earth and put up with my lame jokes like a champ! The food, fresh, Hot, and delicious. The home fries were so good, the bagel was huge. I can't wait to come back.
It was great we stopped off for some eggs and coffee. The service was terrific! After good breakfast, I feel like a superhero!

This was my first time eating here. My server Melissa made my experience such a pleasant one! She was so sweet and friendly! She has amazing customer service. My coffee was never empty, she checked up on me to make sure I was okay and she wasn’t bothered by me taking my time while I ate and studied for a test I have to take .
I will definitely be going back! Thank you Melissa!

I went for breakfast and had an omelette. It was a very generous portion, a great breakfast. There was no rush from the server. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I went here to pick up a takeout order. When I walked in I was immediately asked if I was there for a pick up, which was great. I was promptly directed to where I should pick up my order. As I came up to the pick up/cashier area, the cashier was talking with another lady, that seemed like she worked there. As I took my place behind the lady, both the lady and the cashier looked at me like “can I help you.” I proceeded to state my order info I was there to pick up and as I was mid-way through the cashier abruptly questioned me as if I did something wrong, “can I finish with her first?” It baffled me because they both stop their conversation and gave me a “can I help you look.” Then when I proceed with my order info I was treated like I did something wrong. It was awkward. I guess they know each other. It turned out the food was ready and sitting right behind her but she made me wait for her to finish her conversation and servicing the lady she appears to know.
The level of customer service from the cashier could be better.

Ordered a corned beef sandwhich for $16. The amount of meat on it was definitely not worth the money. The meat itself was very fatty. And i genuinely think they threw the meat into the microwave to warm it up. The meat tasty funky. Either from the microwave or it was starting to spoil. Definitely not coming back.

This is one of my favorite breakfast spots. Perfect before hiking or kayaking if you wanna get a nice combo of micros with macro nutrients. Or Perfect for after a nice long hike for a carb overload. Love this place ❤️

I was I received a warm welcome at the front door. Service at the table was efficient, although not very friendly. My scrambled eggs were overcooked, but I would still recommend the place because it seemed as though there were a lot of locals and it was quite busy.

Wonderful consistently prepared food. The omelets are large and scrumptious. Hash browns are brown and tasty or tried their grilled tomatoes
