I have been to playa bowls all around and I have given this place a chance numerous times but they continuously skimp the bowls compared to the other playa bowls you pay $13 per bowl and they barely fill it up it’s ridiculous at this point

Waited at counter for 10 minutes to order no one acknowledged me. Then another customer came in and they stopped and took her order immediately. I stood there confused so after they took the other customers order I was ignored as they went back to making orders just not taking mine. So I walked out. 😔

The GPS kept trying to send me to the back of the store, and when I tried calling, I got one answer but then was hung up on, and my next two calls weren’t picked up. The store was empty upon arrival so not sure why the calls were ignored, so it honestly started off a little rough.
That said, I’m glad I didn’t go back home because the Electric Mermaid pitaya bowl , which was my first time, was absolutely worth it. It was refreshing, flavorful, and super satisfying , a little pricey and I wasn’t given a lid or bag (which would’ve been helpful since I was taking it to go), but the taste alone has me hooked. Definitely try that bowl if you’re considering.
