We placed an online order for drive thru pickup for a family meal and there was a missing drink. We went back and they fixed the order and more and were very apologetic. Thank you so much! The chicken was great as usual.
If you haven't tried their chicken, I highly suggest it. I'm very happy to see more Pollo Camperos opening up across South Florida.

This place used to be good but I placed an order online. I got there 25 minutes later and they still have not made my food. Three of them sitting on the table with their phones. One guy working in the back another guy not doing nothing at all and another woman doesn't do anything at all. I'll never come back to this place I'll bring my business somewhere else and my catering somewhere else too

Got 10 dollar redemption code after bad food experience. Went to redeem at 1833 campero and prices are 3 dollars more.. Wont bother returning. Deceptive pricing/ advertising.

The service is terrible. I ordered a two-piece and a six-piece nugget. The lady told me $90.... After talking to her for a while, the order changed to 18. After 30 minutes I decided I couldn't wait till I left and got a refund.... In the end I threw it away after a few bites. Maybe I went too late got left overs but I would rather KFC or Bojangles or some Korean place.... But if them your folks I guess support...
The first time going here and I can say it was an excellent experience with the food being fresh, juicy, crispy and with amazing flavor. Like many others are saying yes it is kind of like the kfc but with a latin twist. The only reason why I gave it this a 4 star. Because I think the best thing they should have done is added some type of latin dipping sauce, such as cilantro garlic sauce or a special spicy sauce. I also can say that the Cholula was not watered down like other places and the ketchup has a nice story about the place. Will definitely back again.

I bought 12 PC with 3 sides , I paid more then $40. So I was expecting something good like the first time I tried it in Miami location, a couple years ago it was delicious, when I so the location at plantation, I was so happy because is 10 min away from my hose, I tried for first and last time, first the chicken was saggy and so salty , it was impossible to eat it,the French fries where so old and cold , I just gat one little container of buffalo sauce and ranch for 12 pieces of chicken , the yucca frita where cold and hard don't mention they make me wait 20 min , for half of that price the chicken from Publix is much better Don't spend your money in this location
