Food is really good. Sometimes a little cold or small quantity but good flavor. HOWEVER, they can't seem to get any of my orders right! Always missing something. Today, I checked to make sure the sides were all there and left happy that I wouldn't have to make another trip back. Well, my sandwich was a dry bun with no pickles. I give up. 7 visits and not one single order correct. All missing sides, and yesterday they gave me fries and forgot the chicken. Thankfully...

Great Food
Good service (not the fastest service but the people were nice)
Atmosphere is fine. It's a fast food restaurant not an elegant 5 star fine dining restaurant. The dining area is clean a spaceous. However, if you are going on an overcast day, you may want to bring a jacket the entire place was extremely cold.

Also they don't have the papas alegras which were available in Guatamala in the past. 🙁

First time got a 4 piece ( fried and grilled) with two sides, food was really good. I went back again tonight to get the family meal and was disappointed… I got the 8 piece with 2 supposedly large sides. It seemed more like a medium size and they didn’t fill up the container of rice so we had to stretch it among 4 people which was basically a big spoon full. What I can’t understand is if you get 2 sides why wouldn’t the rice and beans count as one side I mean they kind...
