I don’t really know the full details however there was a customer asking for a refund, the manager Johnathan refused the refund, she asked for the food back which the manager Johnathan threw away which is very wasteful, the manager refused to give her the food or a refund to the point she called the police… the whole situation on the managers behalf was very unprofessional, he really lacks management skills. I wasn’t involved in the situation but it really left a bad taste in my mouth. WILL NOT BE RETURNING

What a great location if you’re in the mood to talk to an arrogant, disrespectful, incompetent and problematic manager that’ll try to not only steal your money but not even provide the food you paid for! Nice going to the Manager Johnathan, that not only me but other people in the store knew he was in the wrong and told him so, but he felt like he had all the power in the world just because of his position. Really hope the employees are treated better than the customers are at this point.

I ordered the trio today and I got spicy beans. Who eats spicy black beans? I went to this pollo because I was craving beans. I have celiac disease so no rice for me. I asked the guy, cani substitute the rice for something else? He said absolutely not, the trio comes with rice and beans. I said okay, whatever. When I tried the beans I was shocked when I tasted the spiciness on them. I particularly do not like spicy food so, I threw them away. I ended up with an overcooked pork, 3 strips of churrasco and 2 pieces of chicken. The two star was for the chicken. The chicken was good. The service was not pleasant. The lady at the window shut the window off on me before I was able to ask for a cup of water.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Yesterday I had a TERRIBLE experience at the location 300 FL-7, Plantation, FL 33317. The shift manager Virlene is an absolute HORRIBLE representation for customer service. I waited in the drive through line for over 20 MINUTES, waiting on the rest of my order while she and the entire staff walked by ignoring me. I tried waving, honking, signaling for help. She told the ENTIRE team to ignore me while there were five or 6 vehicles behind me. They were the most aggressive, rude and unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered. TERRIBLE representation of a manager and leader. The woman in the drive through window at the time, Kayla, was extremely disrespectful and laughed when I began to explain the missing items in my order. While in the line, the car before also had a bad experience. She was extremely frustrated by the service. I’m not sure the exchange, however, the woman felt threatened and suggested calling the police. I had a VERY similar experience and I am DISGUSTED. Throw the ENTIRE staff during that shift away. They’re HORRIBLE. So was the service and so was the food. VIRLENE is a HORRIBLE representation for the company. Very rude, very dismissive, very unprofessional, very aggressive. So was Kayla and the entire team who looked from the inside laughing while the line piled up.
