Today is my birthday and I got free burned and dry chicken. Just because is free, that doesn't mean you can give me dry and burnt chicken. Also the black beans was plain and unseasoned.

I love this location because they are fast and the food Is always fresh . When I got home me and my wife started eating and noticed how hard and dry the rice was. We couldn’t enjoy it how we want too because of that. I just want them to pay more attention to how they cook things for now on. Whoever ate this batch of rice as well can tell you how hard and dry it was. That’s why I rate it what I rate it cause this the first time this happened to us.

I don’t really know the full details however there was a customer asking for a refund, the manager Johnathan refused the refund, she asked for the food back which the manager Johnathan threw away which is very wasteful, the manager refused to give her the food or a refund to the point she called the police… the whole situation on the managers behalf was very unprofessional, he really lacks management skills. I wasn’t involved in the situation but it really left a bad taste in my mouth. WILL NOT BE RETURNING

What a great location if you’re in the mood to talk to an arrogant, disrespectful, incompetent and problematic manager that’ll try to not only steal your money but not even provide the food you paid for! Nice going to the Manager Johnathan, that not only me but other people in the store knew he was in the wrong and told him so, but he felt like he had all the power in the world just because of his position. Really hope the employees are treated better than the customers are at this point.

I ordered the trio today and I got spicy beans.
Who eats spicy black beans?
I went to this pollo because I was craving beans. I have celiac disease so no rice for me. I asked the guy, cani substitute the rice for something else? He said absolutely not, the trio comes with rice and beans.
I said okay, whatever.
When I tried the beans I was shocked when I tasted the spiciness on them.
I particularly do not like spicy food so, I threw them away.
I ended up with an overcooked pork, 3 strips of churrasco and 2 pieces of chicken.
The two star was for the chicken. The chicken was good.
The service was not pleasant. The lady at the window shut the window off on me before I was able to ask for a cup of water.
