Overwhelmed waitress on a slow night. 2 guys next to us blasted their speakers the whole time without consideration. Food took forever and a bit too salty/buttery. My worst Red Lobster experience thus far.

food took forever flies were flying around the table, and I got place at a table that had dirty napkins underneath it

The food was horrible. The lobster had no flavor to it at all, and the shrimps were the same. The manager says they they don’t cook with seasoning.

We had not eaten at Red Lobster for many years. We got a gift card from a friend, and decided to use it. What a deception. Food was horrible, no taste at all. Service was ok. No wonder this franchise is broke. Definitely better options available for the same price in town.

Waiter was very nice but food took a long time to arrive and the restaurant was not very busy. Food was not good quality also. Very disappointed.
