Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

-1 star! This place is Horrible. Manager said they are closing Friday, I told him its for the best! The workers here are slow, I saw the turtles get things faster! This was a waste of money! What's the point of bottomless items if its not bottomless! Screw you Red Robin ~ Notttttt yummmmmmm!

Wanted to try the burger.It was really good & they have alot of options & sides.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! Doesn't even deserve one star. Went in to place a to go order wasn't acknowledged for 20 minutes. Finally placed order burger took 30 minutes to be ready. I checked it and it was missing half the toppings! Sent it back toppings were added but burger wasn't even luke warm. I will never come back here again!!

I love this place, servers are great and burgers taste good. I usually get the unlimited sweet potato fries and the red tavern double. My kids love the unlimited fries and kids mac cheese. This place is so affordable and food is simple but tastes great. I highly recommend it.

I've seen the commercials for a long time but never really saw a restaurant until I just went to the Broward Mall to exchange some shoes. it's not that the food is bad it was decent. here's the thing I got a regular hamburger for around $14. I ordered it medium well and it was medium well but a lot of parts on the outside or charred which means they're cooking it at too high of a temperature. Best Server in the State!

Food is good, just sick that every time we go we always end up waiting 20 minutes for a server just to great us. We always have to ask who our server is. The server we had was ok. Friendly and did check in on us periodically once we actually finally got a server. Wish there was a location closer instead of having to drive out west.

Great service. They have an awesome blue burger and BOTTOMLESS fries! Great place and atmosphere. Their shakes are also phenomenal. I had the Graham cracker shake, which comes with marshmallows and chocolate gram crackers on top. My new favorite place! They also have bottomless sweet potato fries, but charge extra for those.

So, second time I went to Red Robin and our wonderful waiter was Ben. No one told Ben that we were his station, but once someone hailed him he was on point! We got our drinks, he took our order, he checked up on us, he offered us refills and fries....perfect! And I was entertaining an out of state guest and there was nothing disappointing during this visit! Well done!

Place was empty on a Saturday night. Only 2 servers on. Took 10 minutes to get greeted and server knew that because he came up asking if we had been greeted yet. Other female server walked by us 3 times and kept going up to table behind us but not once acknowledged us. After bad start things got better, but never saw server again after food got delivered. Male manager was only bright spot. He played with my daughter and made small talk. Then had 2 different bills to pay, had to track down server to ask why, that took another 10 minutes, you can tell this guy really hates his job. He's here just for money, he makes his tips because of quantity of tables, not quality of service.

I went there today for the teacher appreciation promotion. I had to call the order in since the website didn't have that kind of burger. It took 15 minutes for me to place the order. I went to pick it up and they didn't have the order. I placed the order again for one burger. It took an hour for the food to be ready. Then it was cold.

I finally got a phenomenal waitress, who also happened to be the bar tender. Tori took care of us on the patio as well as handling the bar. There was no lag in service and she was just as nice as could be. This was the best experience we've had in a long time at this restaurant. Next time we'll make sure that we're seated in her section.
