I came Sunday for a brunch with a girlfriend and had a great experience! We sat outside at a high top and actually showed up right when they opened at 11 am. We were immediately greeted by a very kind hostess and walked to our choice of table. Our server was Jason and I couldn’t even tell you how awesome he was! Checked up on us, made sure we had everything we needed, switch the TV to the dolphins game for us (no one else was watching the tv) and didn’t rush us since we hadn’t seen each other in a very long time. We shared the queso dip and a blackened salmon Caesar salad (the salmon was slightly a little more salty than I like) and enjoyed both. They offer $5 Bloody Mary, mimosa and purple haze drinks. I was very impressed with everything this restaurant has to offer! I can’t wait to come back again!

Bartender and waitress thought it was ok to present the margarita like this. Lemon drop also came with no salt/sugar on the rim. Seems to be poorly ran by the manager. Food was mid. Will go to the ford restaurant next time.

unfortunately I didn’t have the best experience at this “rocking’” place. Sat at the bar. which in my opinion is completely understaffed. for this massive bar size. 2 people isn’t enough. I came to experience the happy hour and couldn’t enjoy because I didn’t get asked my order in time. how can you even order anything here with only 2 people at this bar and they constantly walking pass you??? no check in. no ask if i’m okay. I spent about 15 minutes waiting before someone noticed I didn’t have a drink or even at that order anything. at this point happy hour was order. Again this is my 2nd time trying this place and a major , major fail in my book. Service wise. not a great an experience. Confusion with my coupon as well. bartender didn’t know how to apply it or how to use it. great atmosphere but not a service type place if that’s a pro for you.

Rock & Brews in Plantation Florida is a lively, rock-themed restaurant and bar that blends great food, craft beer, and a fun atmosphere, making it a popular spot for both locals and visitors. With a vibe that pays homage to classic rock music, it is a unique place to enjoy a casual meal, catch up with friends, or just soak in the ambiance.
Located in the newly formed “Plantation Walk” that replaced the “The Fashion Mall” that closed in 2006 , this restaurant has standout features with walls adorned with rock memorabilia, concert posters, and music videos playing on screens. It is perfect for music lovers who want to enjoy a meal with a side of classic rock.
The menu is more than just bar food, offering a range of dishes from burgers, pizzas, and sandwiches to more creative items like beer-battered fish and street tacos. This actually is a Family-Friendly establishment despite the rock ‘n’ roll theme offering a dedicated kids' menu.
The only downside is parking, especially on weekends. There is a small parking lot if you are lucky enough to get a space otherwise you got to park at the parking garage a bit of distance and walk.
Overall, Rock & Brews in Plantation is a fun, energetic dining spot that combines great food, an excellent craft beer selection, and a rocking atmosphere. It is ideal for music lovers, families, and groups of friends looking for a lively place to hang out.
Parking: Parking is difficult, it is a shame in my opinion
Kid-friendliness: Very Kid Friendly Restaurant with a nice Kid Menu

The manager John came out to speak to us as it was our first time going there. The decor and the vibe is very inviting. My wife and I will definitely be going back.
Thank you John!

Went at a rather OFF time, only few others were dining in at the bar. I did not feel welcomed at all, was not even introduced by whoever my server was. Seems it can be a very busy place, but from how I was served, I dont think I will stop in here again. I went across to Fords Garage and was very well taken care of! WIll for sure go back there.

Excellent place to eat, amazing customer service , kailee was amazing.
Rachel was spot on! The ribs were flavorful and super tender! The crispy calamari had a delightful crunch to them paired with two sauces (marinara, sweet green parsley). Would’ve liked to seen a bigger steak but overall it was fine. Overall a great dinner.

The restaurant theme was great, decor was cool, hostess and servers were really nice! Food came out fast. Menu and drink names were entertaining. But! the most important, quality and flavor of food and drinks were not there. I could feel the un fresh- frozen food flavor and drinks lacked of booze. Being a music theme place you expected great music also. Sadly, the live performance, it was a young singer with an acoustic guitar not very harmonious in my opinion. They had a beer contest that night, sponsored by a beer brand, that was very fun for our group.

What an experience. Atmosphere is great. I love the decorations. Server was awesome. They also have live music some evenings. Food and drinks are also good. I really love how they have built up this section of Plantation. I sat there and reminisced the days of walking through the Fashion Mall. Great memories!
