I’m not sure what the point of having Mobile Orders if they can’t be completed in under 30 minutes?

I came in unsure of what I wanted and just chose the first item that I saw. But while ABIGAIL was making the smoothie that I ordered, I saw another flavor that looked better, Banana-berry. I asked ABIGAIL if I could change my order and she said OK! (Can you imagine another restaurant letting you change the order after they've already started it?). ABIGAIL not only made the new smoothie but also gave me an extra minicup of the bananaberry so I could share with a family member. THANK YOU, ABIGAIL and THANK YOU SMOOTHIE KING!

Very unprofessional service, the girl was on the phone talking loudly the entire time, never was greeted and did not close my lid correctly … my entire smooth fell out…. and had the nerve to say I grabbed it incorrectly. I order smoothies all the time and know how to hold a cup correctly. Please train your workers to not be distracted and take care of customers.. Very unprofessional. I will drive further for excellent customer service. 12/11 approximately 8:00pm whoever she is train her on customer service ‼️‼️‼️‼️

super disappointed. i placed an order on sept 26 2025 thru the smoothie app and only 1 out of 3 items was delivered. the store said the driver “forgot” to pick up the other 2 items and told me to call the driver myself. i was at work and told them i couldnt — they said they’d call but then hung up on me when i offered the drivers number. tried calling back, no answer.
a few minutes later the driver showed up and said the store only gave him part of the order. i called the store again and now theyre denying there was any order left. i even have a voice mail where they admitted the order was still there so which is it.
im a restaurant worker too and mistakes happen but this is poor customer service. they blamed the driver and tried to blame me. if a mistake happens just refund or fix it dont be rude and hang up. also annoying that this is always the store that gets assigned to my area even tho theres a closer location thats nicer (17th st). i have to order it agaim through door dash.
wont be ordering delivery from this location again. very unprofessional.

Horrible! Avoid! This location has become the WORST of all Smoothie Kings. They ignore mobile orders and move at the speed of an elderly turtle. They do not staff properly. Save your money, time and patience for something better.
