11/12/24 @ approximately 8:25pm - I usually go to the smoothie king near sunrise and university, but I decided to try the smoothie king on nob hill, which is closer to my house. Big mistake! I walked in at 8:25pm and as I walked to the cashier, the staff member made no eye contact and no attempt to welcome me in the store. I was so confused, I asked him were they open? He said yes. When he finally came to take my order, I inquired about some of the products that were displayed up front. I asked him what did he think about them and he stated âI donât eat that stuffâ. I proceeded to give my order. I ordered 2 44oz kindness in a cup. I wasnât asked if I wanted anything else, he didnât recommend any substitutions, nothing, nada! This was very perplexing. I gave him one more chance upon receiving my smoothies. I said âthank you sirââŠhe said nothing. Just walked away. I have never received such terrible service! This is unacceptable!!! The smoothies tasted great, but due to the service received, it was difficult for me to rate it as such and even enjoy them. I donât know if I will ever go back to this location. This was very disappointing and I will be escalating this further.
