Everyone is always nice! I’ve never had any issues, I ordered egg drop soup once and it was not for me and they changed it for a miso soup free of charge. Their miso soup is my favorite ever! Like I cannot rave enough about how good it is. Their poke always good and fresh, they had a sushi burrito before that was fire hopefully they can bring it back. Honestly all of their food is good. The bobas are good as well.

I was introduced to this place by a really good friend of mine and I get my nails done near by, so every time I get my nails done I stop by to get boba and fried chicken dumplings. They are top tier, the girls that work there are very cool. Def recommend.

I’ve been going for the last 5-6 years and it is really one of the best restaurants. The quality of food and friendly service is something you don’t see at other fast causal restaurants. Can’t recommend enough!

THE REAL OG, s/o to the Sovereign team for always holding it down. This is THE BEST Poke spot in soflo, hell the country. No matter what day of the week, time of day food is always fresh and taste perfect. If you think another Poke spot is better argue with a wall (or with me).

Order my 2 poke bowls around 8:30 online so I understand wanting to rush orders to leave on time but the two young girls attending my order were busy talking, gossiping really rather than get my order correctly.
They put cucumber on one of my orders. The person is for is allergic to cucumber.
The put pineapple instead of mango on another order.
They put the corn in the wrong order.
They put the tofu in the wrong order.
The put carrots in the wrong order.
They put the wrong proteins in each order!
They didn’t put the correct sauce on either order.
Must have realized their mistake because they put the sauces on the side.
On top of increasing their prices while offering less food(we notice), removing their reward pour system, now the service has gone down. Awful enough to write a review. Cream on top, they’re closed now and I’m stuck with food that I’m too angry to eat or just can’t eat at all.

Been to sovereign a bunch of times and just keep coming back. The bowls are always fresh and delicious and plentiful, prices are also fair considering the type and quantity of food that you're getting. Staff is kind, professional and helpful. Will forever have sovereign as one of our go to spots.

My favorite place for poke bowls and drinks 1000/10 every single time. Portions are generous, food is always fresh and they are very welcoming, been coming here for 3 years already. They have a brown sugar taro with ube cream that is AMAZING too.

I've always had a good meal here but the last time I got the spicy tuna bowl, there was no tuna. Since I got it to go I didn't realize until I got home.

It's been a couple years since I've had Sovereign and it's still delicious as I remember it. My go to is the Hawaiian Tuna Bowl and the Pork Bao Bun. The bowl comes with,Ahi tuna (raw), green and purple onion, cucumber, edamame, pineapple, seaweed salad, sesame seed, and crispy onion with Hawaiian Sauce and Poke Sauce (creamy, citrus, spicy, and sweet. Not too sweet, not too spicy and everything. It's so fresh. The bao bun reminds me of ones I used to get in chinatown in new york city. I've only gotten takeout and delivery but everything comes nice and neat and sustainably packed. I highly recommend this place.If you're in the area.

i wish i could give service more than 5 stars , i literally just left and the woman behind the tofu appeared to be training another woman , the Trainee had excellent customer service,! she asked me how my Day was , and if i had plans for the rest of the day…,, (which i thought was a silly question 😂 but as a customer , i felt very welcomed and appreciated , i wish i would’ve told her , but i was so surprised and thrown off by how great her customer service was , anyway , I’ll be back , the food was delicious too , but the experience was even better , keep up the excellent work guys,! 🙏

Hi, second time here. Food is great cant complain. Service was ok, I didn't like how my attendant kinda just walked off mid way of ordering my Toppings. But there is a hair on the lid of this bowl. Which is gross, and i can tell its not mine because my hair isn't that long. I have a picture but I cant post it. Hopefully it doesn't happen again
