From the moment we arrived, the employees made us feel welcome with attentive service and warm smiles. They took the time to explain how the restaurant works, guiding us through the menu and ordering process, which made everything smooth and easy. Their friendliness really set a positive tone for the visit.

The food itself lived up to expectations, delivering on flavor and quality. The poke bowls were fresh and satisfying, with plenty of options to customize, while the boba drinks added a fun and refreshing twist to the meal. It’s clear that care goes into the preparation, and the variety ensures that there’s something for everyone to enjoy, whether you’re craving a light, healthy bite or something more filling.

One detail that stood out, however, was the music experience. The volume was a bit too high, and the choice of music didn’t quite align with the otherwise relaxed and cozy vibe of the space. Considering the overall chill and welcoming atmosphere, a softer or more ambient playlist could truly elevate the dining experience, making it easier to enjoy conversations over the delicious food.

We tried Sovereign on the weekend. I had the Glass noodles and the banana mango smoothie. The noodles were really good. They had the perfect amount of spice. The banana and mango combination is a new favorite.

Disappointed. Waited 30 minutes for a takeout. Not fresh cooked tofu as promised The cold spongy tofu. It would have been faster ordering in store. Had to ask if takeout was ready… not worth $18.

The staff is super sweet, the food and boba drinks were really good. I had a slight issue, but it was resolved promptly so I will go again!

Everyone is always nice! I’ve never had any issues, I ordered egg drop soup once and it was not for me and they changed it for a miso soup free of charge. Their miso soup is my favorite ever! Like I cannot rave enough about how good it is. Their poke always good and fresh, they had a sushi burrito before that was fire hopefully they can bring it back. Honestly all of their food is good. The bobas are good as well.

I was introduced to this place by a really good friend of mine and I get my nails done near by, so every time I get my nails done I stop by to get boba and fried chicken dumplings. They are top tier, the girls that work there are very cool. Def recommend.

I’ve been going for the last 5-6 years and it is really one of the best restaurants. The quality of food and friendly service is something you don’t see at other fast causal restaurants. Can’t recommend enough!

THE REAL OG, s/o to the Sovereign team for always holding it down. This is THE BEST Poke spot in soflo, hell the country. No matter what day of the week, time of day food is always fresh and taste perfect. If you think another Poke spot is better argue with a wall (or with me).
