This is by far the best Starbucks around. It’s always fast and kind service, everything is always clean, and to whoever sometimes writes or draws a little something on my cup, thank you so much, it always makes my day!

I’ve never been treated so poorly by an employee—Leila, and the manager were both incredibly rude. I walked in, sat at a table, and immediately felt pressured by Leila to buy something or leave. I am not a homeless person; I should not be treated this way.

The customer service was appalling, and the manager’s response was even worse. As a manager myself, I believe it’s essential to approach customers and apologize for any inconvenience, not to push them to make a purchase or leave on the spot.

Zero stars for this location and for Leila.

Starbucks is great, drinks are excellent, staff is well trained and the store is in good location. We come here often and for a long time. Store could use an upgrade same as the one in university, it’s due because you can see it in the furniture, floors, and walls, age is showing. Staff makes everything better though, always friendly and with a smile ready to help. Expensive as everything else in south Florida. Location is in a publix plaza with lots of other stores and different restaurants. A pizza place coming there soon too. Exiting

Used the restroom and then got in line and asked for a cup of water and was denied because I wasn’t a paying customer and it’s “Starbucks Policy”. Do you have to be a paying customer to use a Starbucks bathroom as well?! Very upset, whomever the older gentlemen seemed to be the manager that was very rude.

A sign indicates no pets are allowed inside, however, a dog was not only permitted inside but was standing on the couch next to the owner. It appears, this Starbucks is good for dog owners, but I’ll be going to the nearby Starbucks.

Honestly I love coming here before or after work; they always get my coffee right and on my last visit Sesh was a delight to talk to. Very friendly, would recommend for anyone to come here.

My last visitor to there has been pretty good that's why I gave it four stars the staff is definitely nice very agreeable you know as far as the seating goes I've been pretty lucky and have usually gotten a seat

Staff has a tendency to let customers stand at the counter for an uncomfortably long period of time and ignore them while walking back and forth, avoiding eye contact, wiping and reorting for no apparent reason other than perhaps shift change.

Mobile orders not working at this location ….1 person making drinks for both store and mobile orders!!! ..another employee is there but they are in the back while customers are waiting for service.?? Make it make sense, please. Waited over 10 minutes while the 1 person is making drinks for mobile orders over and over again…not takin orders at register….the least he could have done is to ask the other person come up and take orders ?…I left ..poor customer service.

I have been picking up a lot lately for UE and DD. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. They always try to get the order done promptly.

To the best staff on the planet, you guys have become apart of my life literally, I enjoy going to Starbucks before I go to work and it’s always a pleasure to see Z, Claire, Bri, Sergio, Nate, Tuba, Alex, Chio who moved to Hialeah location go see her, Aj, and all the staff who work tirelessly to service us, you guys are greatly appreciated and loved by Jamie and my family. Good service is hard to find but not at plantation town square Starbucks
