I asked for the new iced peach crumble oat milk latte in a Venti and it look like there was not that much espresso in it so I asked for extra shot in a separate cup. They made me pay for it and after I open my cup literally less than one minute after them giving it to me it looks like this, espresso does not look like this. This looks like regular coffee I shouldn’t have given that two dollar tip or paid for a cup with a splash of coffee. So disrespectful.

Walked into Starbucks on a hot day after a long hospital shift. They were out of the drink I wanted, so I asked for a cup of ice water. The cashier told me they don’t give out water without a purchase. After years of spending hundreds of dollars at Starbucks, this is the treatment I get? Thanks for nothing Starbucks. I left feeling awful.

i’ve been meaning to leave this location a review for a while. Everyone is super friendly and my order is always right. And trust me, I’m a Starbucks connoisseur and can come Up with some difficult concoctions. There’s a couple locations by my office, but this has become my one and only simply because the customer service And efficiency. Special shout out to Jake and the whole team for always greeting me by name And telling me to have a great day. This is now a second reason by getting coffee is the highlight of my morning❤️

Through self-service I arrived at the collection window without having previously ordered at the speaker station (I missed it) and they denied me to do so at the window! The one who answers the microphone and charges is the same! An unnecessary inflexibility of procedure!! One less client than the worker cares little!! I hope the company cares!

I’ve enjoyed my visits to Starbucks, mainly because of the awesome staff – they’re friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. However, one minor issue is that they occasionally forget to call out orders when they’re ready, so you sometimes have to keep an eye on the counter.
The atmosphere is generally nice and cozy, but I find the music volume to be too high at times. Even though I’ve asked a few times for it to be turned down, it hasn’t made much of a difference, which can be a little distracting when trying to relax or get some work done. Overall, it's a good spot, just needs a few small tweaks to be perfect!
I love Starbucks and I frequent a lot of their locations. I wouldn’t typically write a review about a chain business, but I had to write a review for this location. There are multiple Starbucks in the area, but I have been going to this one recently because of the drive-thru option and early open time. However, they have consistently let me down as far as quality of the drinks. Every time I order a drink it’s been watered down to the point where it tastes more like milk than tea or coffee. I ordered a warmed up banana bread and it came out cool like they just took it out of the packaging and put it in the paper serving sleeve. I ordered a cappuccino and the cup was so light that I had to open the top to see if there was even anything in there. Surprise, surprise- my cup was half empty, even with foam! And this is all while being more expensive than the other two closest Starbucks locations for the same exact items. Starbucks Corporate should audit this location and see what is going on here. In the meantime, I would recommend the Starbucks on the corner of Pine Island and Broward Blvd.

I have been buying coffee at this location for 6 years. It has always been a good experience until today. Today my cousin order drinks and I sat next to her. The person (name is Ma something,he try to don’t show name tag for us)took the order was rude from the beginning. After my cousin finished taking the order, he laughed loudly into the speaker and talked to someone .Then he asked my cousin to repeat the order couple times and asked the same question couple times, all the time in an uncomfortable laughed tone. Until my cousin asked him what is that fun about？when we want to know his name he don’t want to tell. Anyway, he is very unprofessional and this employee needs to be retraining how to take orders with customers be polite.
