Katelyn had a horrible attitude. Something was in my drink and I asked her what was it and said she didn’t know. It appeared like white chunks . No words to acknowledgement she proceeds to make another one and throws the items around. It was obvious she was upset she had to remake. Once finished she threw the drink on the counter. First time experience this level of rudeness at this Starbucks. I can get coffee anywhere else and I will.

I ordered some drinks and Chris gave us wonderful customer service and all with a smile. He is very knowledgeable about the drinks and gave some good recommendations. Thank you Chris!

I was at this location this morning, after I visited Target Optical. A young lady by the name of Chelsea waited on me. She is a sweet nice woman, who knows how to multi -task, and take care of her customers. The lady in front of me on line, complimented her before she departed. She's a great part of the team. Thanks Chelsea.

Horrible service, I normally come to this Starbucks and no issues. But today I ordered a venti brown sugar shaken espresso and this is what I get. The cup is literally FULL of cinnamon and not even filled to the top. I almost choked on the cinnamon, so I asked the store if they had a spoon to try and take out some of the cinnamon and they said they only have forks but they gave me another cup to try and scoop out the cinnamon. They should have at least offered to make another one, but they rather have me choke on cinnamon. I’ll definitely be reaching out to corporate to also file a complain with them.

Not sure if the cashier barista thought I was speaking a whole different language but when I went up to order she went “HUH?!!!” With the rudest and unprofessional look on her face…. Other barista further away heard me just fine…. And repeated my order.The rest of the experience with the order was just straight attitude from the cashier.Probably won’t go back to this target in general. The other barista making the drink was friendly and quick.

Convinced my boyfriend to stop at target to buy battery's so I could get us breakfast at Starbucks. He was done with his purchase before I was done ordering and we waited. Instead we watched everyone that was in front of us get messed up orders and attitude from staff and after about 10 minutes we got our drinks which were made fine but not only did they not start our food they had also forgotten out order. We didn't ask for a receipt back and so they wanted to give us a refund for a muffin when we ordered 2 sandwiches. The staff started fighting amongst themselves and handled the food with their bare hands and basically working very aggressively. I understand that the service industry is hard because I've worked it but this was insanely uncomfortable and ruined our morning. I asked to go to Starbucks and we got the McDonald's treatment.

Gives Starbucks a bad name. The woman named Joy who is usually working there always has a very nasty attitude. They claim they are always out of things but it seems they just don’t want to make the drinks.

Can't say I have any complaints :). Starbucks has a certain standard they hold. Kinda wish they'd stop discontinuing some of my drinks tho
As you can see I love Starbucks ❤️ ?. This store is not as quick as I would like due to there being only 1 or 2 people working the counter. The line tends to get very long since it's inside Target. I would have to wait for the person ahead of me to get their order made and served before they move on to me. I don't like to wait, but if I have nothing to do I don't mind doing so. Other than the fact they are shortstaffed, I think they are OK.
