This Starbucks was a solid stop. The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and the drinks came out exactly how ordered them. It is the kind of spot that makes grabbing coffee easy because you already know it will be consistent and quick. Good atmosphere for a quick break and a reliable choice when you just need something simple done right.

This Starbucks is extremely inconsistent. Whoever works the drive through today should be replaced. Some days it's so much more efficient but today is embarrassingly slow.

I order the same thing at starbucks every single time. And every time I come to this location the order tastes like milk and watery coffee. Every other starbucks I go, they do it correctly and it tastes the same. I understand that things get busy but Starbucks is a basically a “fast coffee chain” and it should taste the same every time you get the same thing. It is annoying that I take part of my precious time and put my trust into these people to deliver my order correctly and it always turns out the s a m e. Manager, whoever is in charge of this store, gather your baristas and remind them that quality over speed is always better. Thank you

When doing reviews in the North part of town , the Wolfpack drives thru this local favorite Starbucks - I often get barrista Sarah - she always provides friendly and impeccable service . Today I decided fortunately to walk in and was met by manager Chelsea. I learned of Chelsea’s position with a face to face chat with Sarah- I promptly praised Chelsea for her professionalism , captivating personality and friendly demeanor- Sarah agreed. When my cortado came, I drank it outside- as fate would have it, after walking back in for a glass of water- Chelsea was ending her shift and was talking to her district manager Jen. I Introduced myself to both and I had to tell Jen that because of the service by manager Chelsea and barrista Sarah I will be walking inside more often !
