I love this Starbucks , I drive 20 min just for come here , because service is great , these server are friendly and amazing , I really like how they do their best . I really don’t know the name of one of this boy , but he was the cashier today , he was so nice with us . ?????

I was waiting to be served. Three baristas were behind the counter and I was not acknowledged by one. They were to busy talking. Another customer, who the we're clearly familiar with, walks right up to the counter and they served her.

Ordered a sandwich here and it was disgusting and soggy. It was clearly freezer burnt. Tasted nothing like the turkey sandwich does at other locations- probably spoiled food because it SMELLED BAD so I didn't eat it all. Staff didn't cut it or provide any napkins.

Honestly I don't know why there are so many bad reviews but maybe I've gotten lucky with every trip here that I make. Everytime I'm here the service and baristas are excelling at their job and everything I get is always correct and prepared super fast.The interior of this Starbucks is nice with some long booths and a couple high chairs as well. It is always clean and the trash is constantly being picked up as well. They have a few outside chairs you can sit at if it's not too hot as well.I usually go for my old fashioned iced coffee and the flavor is always wonderful when I get it. The coffee is always the right amount of strength without any of that bitter flavor if it steeps for too long and it's never watered down when I get it.The prices are very reasonable and one of the best things is if you are a gold member and get an iced coffee or tea, you get unlimited refills for as long as you are within the building and paying with the Starbucks giftcard!Parking is a bit of a downside here but overall an amazing Starbucks with some friendly workers and that's what keeps me coming back here time and time again!

The slowest Starbucks ever and there's never a huge line. Not to mention, employees are rude and unprofessional. Never leave reviews and I just had to with this Macy's Starbucks. Truly awful and I've given the benefit of the doubt but I've been going to this starbucks 4 times now and it's still the same. Thought employees were having a bad day but every day they're understaffed and move so slow.

Very slow service. After taking the longest time to give me my drinks, they forgot to heat my breakfast sandwich. Not great customer service.

Every time I go to this place there's an issue... asked for sugar free and got regular liquid syrup. Can't have sugar and explained that. Started drinking and heart rate went up so quick.( I asked for decaf) started sweating and throwing up. A few times they have gotten my order right but the staff was not very friendly... asked for decaf coffee one day and was told they don't sell decaf coffee... but I had just got decaf... true decaf days before. I don't think the staff is happy because every time here lately I've went the same one tells me about how they can't wait to quit... I'm standing there thinking like "you know I'm a customer right"
