I live close to this place, so I was hoping this could be my spot. I love Chinese food. But the service is horrible. It was pouring rain, and she wouldnt allow me to pay with the apple pay, which they have, but they don't let you do it yourself. She was doing wrong, and it was cathing the charge. I asked, can I just do it, she raise her voice, and ignores me "How yu Pai , how you Pai". Like a bank loan collector. .. anyways. I decide to go home, grab the physical Cc Card, and come back to pay for the food .. the same card that was registered with my phone. ..in the rain..When I came back, she literally had no words but a mean look...the food here is not even slightly above average, but probably slightly under. and there's just way too many options around, for me to be experiencing that sort of service. Just mean...They must think , customer need to be addicted to their food or something, and not have a brain. I don't get it.This place has great potential, but they must simply not care.. which reflects their overall reviews.

This is place is disgusting. The fried rice has no flavor & is made w/ YELLOW RICE!! the most recent time I ordered HAM Fried rice and they put HOT Dog , diced Hot dogs!! They also cheat you with the chicken wings by giving u 5 when its suppossed to 6 wings. Its such a Rip Off NOT worth it!! I would give Zero Stars

Ordered takeout, food was just okay. The chicken fried rice had no flavor. However, the general Tso chicken was tasty and portion was big. My order was ready on time.

Placed a delivery order today at 12:34pm, and at 1:46pm I had to call due to no-show, only to find out that their printer didn't work so they never took care of my order... I was asked to pick up the order because delivery would take at least another 30-minutes! and when I replied that I couldn't go there, her response was simply, "so sorry". I was a fan of Stix Oriental/Plantation since 2018, but you just lost a 4-pax customer, for good... (I also know that you don't care about it).

I ordered my food here for pickup. The fat guy handed me my food and it looks like. a car ran over the boxes! He left to get new boxes and I took a peak at the back kitchen. LOOK WHAT I FOUND!!!

Really disappointed!Got this food for my son after his flag football game and he said it tasted spoiled and cold.Extremely don't recommend.

We have been ordering delivery from Styx for many many years, always ordering the combo dinner, which has always included soup. When we ordered by phone tonight, we specifically stated wonton soup, egg roll and fried rice when asked. Our food arrived and the soup was missing. The driver said to call, and we were told the soup was extra. If we had known that in advance we would have paid the difference. We were spoken to very rudely, telling us that soup was never included.. No matter how delicious their food is, this is abominable service to say the least. If informed when ordering that the soup was now extra, we would have gladly paid it. We order about once a month and last month the soup was included. For $1.50 Styx has lost a steady customer who always recommended them, and now will NOT PATRONIZE THEM EVER AGAIN.
Just received our order in less then 30 mins and the food was so hot it steamed up my glasses. It was cooked to perfection. So good will order again.

Would be 0 stars. Food was a 3 but they didn't collect payment, so the next day while I was at work and unable to answer the phone.they sent someone to my house to harass my wife for payment. Extremely unprofessional will never order from here again.As a food industry professional get you act together. This isn't the mafia don't go door to door looking for money.

First Chinese place I've eaten where you can reheat your food and it doesn't taste stale! Their fried rice is yellow rice which is a very tasty surprise! All in all my current favourite Chinese restaurant :)
