This Subway establishment has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The employees do not talk to you and ask what you would like on “your order”. They simply just start adding whatever they feel. Whoever owns this place needs to seriously invest in a customer service training course for all employees.

Had an appt in the area and stopped to get food fast! Bread was super overcooked and hard(white bread) couldn’t even eat it.Soda was bad- needed to be changed but didn’t realize until I already left and took a sip. Super overpriced- $13.45 for a 6 inch and combo w chips and a drink. Terrible.

Subway app took a payment after placing an order but then never sent to order to the store or sent any confirmation email. Was billed for it and after checking online this seems to be a common issue with their app taking payments and not placing the order.

Find another subway! No bread at 10am, tuna old, 2nd time around server skips on quantity..you should be selling peanuts instead. Never coming here again.

Went in for lunch with my 6 year old daughter. We ordered a kids meal which we were told included chips and a drink. She didn't want meat or veggies on her sandwich so I asked for an extra slice of cheese as a substitution and the male serving us refused and wrapped it up and tossed it by the register. He told me a total of 16.65 for that and my sandwich (7.39) which I thought was strange but swiped because they were making us extremely uncomfortable. He didn't give me a receipt so I asked for a copy to find out he overcharged us 2.99 over the quoted kids meal price for chips and a drink and an additional 1.69 for an apple sauce we never received. Asked for a refund on the items overcharged and in the process we saw multiple roaches crawling on the counter and came in contact with our food. At this point asked for a full refund and he handed me $4. I reiterated that I need a full refund to my card and he handed me cash instead. He snatched the bag off the counter and threw it behind him and said "just in case" then when I asked for the copy of the receipt back he refused to supply me with it. This was the worst customer service I've ever received and I'm disgusted by the conditions of the restaurant and the employees they've hired to work there

Food was fresh and my sub was amazing. The customer service was very good and had a nice conversation with the employees while making my sub. I don’t know what the other reviews are saying but my personal experience was very good. Highly recommend coming here.

The WORST customer service!!!! The food isn’t made fresh daily. I order a meal and the bread was stale, the cookies were like rocks and the chips were stale that I cut my gums. I return today to let the manager know and he gave me pure attitude. They purposely leave the phone off the hook to avoid calls. When I confront the manager about this he said that they are busy. I call the store in front of him to prove to him that he has the phone off the hook. As proof that the food isn’t made fresh the cashier informed me that cookies and bread was not made today.

My moms meatball sub tasted bad . When she told the man he gave her a hard time and continued to argue with her … then she got a turkey sub and he said it was a dollar more!!!!!! And still continued to argue! Update: I had the steak and cheese and boy am I feeling it !!! Yuck!!! Oh and the place is dirty. Not once while we were there did anyone clean the tables or anything!I just can’t believe the guy kept arguing with my mom!!!! REALLY????
