I just went to this Subway, which is located in a nice place. I did not have a pleasant experience. The young gentleman was hardly placing ingredients in the sandwich. When I asked for vegetables, he only put a few bits of everything I requested —tiny bits of everything—and a few slices of turkey. This was a 6-inch sandwich meal. I was charged almost $13.00 for the skimpy sandwich. Secondly, I saw a roach near me!

The guy literally put 4 branches of onions, 4 spinach leaves and 4 slices of black olives. I asked for more, he added 2 more little pieces of each items. He didn’t want to put much sauces on the sub… just horrrribleeeeee. He needs to close.

8/19/25 afternoon around 5pm. I ordered a FT long steak and cheese. I paid 17 dollars for all bread. This guy put the least amount of toppings as possible. Even when I asked for more he would put the least amount he possibly could. I should have made him finish making my sandwich and walked out. Never have I experienced this at a subway before. I will never go back to this location and judging from the other negative reviews I won’t be surprised when this store shuts down. I can pay the same price for Deli Boy, 5 minutes away and have a real sandwich.

I’ve been to several Subway locations, but this one prepares the sandwich as if the ingredients were made of gold. They put a ridiculously small amount of vegetables and just a few drops of sauce. You expect decent portions and customization, not a nearly empty sandwich. basically, getting shortchanged.
I get that everyone has their own way, but this falls way below the brand’s standard. Part of the Subway experience is building your sandwich your way, not having it served like they’re doing you a favor. Hope they improve.

This location needs to close down! How are you out of bread and the machine is down at 5pm in the afternoon when that’s the most busiest! Never contacted me and told me they canceled my order. Had to show up with the restaurant closed! Get it together or move another sub shop in this plaza because you guys are useless here!

Worst Subway I've ever been too. I order online and pay with my credit card and I come in and the place is dead. You would think as slow as it was they can manage to make 2 subs right. Nope! I said NO tomato because I'm allergic and the receipt says no tomato but when I get home, it was extra tomato. Unbelievable. Subway used to have standards but not this Subway in Plantation. I tried to call but the number is disconnected. Makes sense, why would they want to hear all the complaints. Stay away and go next door and get a Publix Sub. At least it's fresh and worth the money.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!! I've ordered twice from them online and both times they have closed the store, and I can't pick up my order that was paid for!!!!! It was supposed to be ready at 1:05 pm and I waited until 1:40 pm, knocking nonstop, and no one ever came to the door! Worse Subway, Stay away !!!! You guys are a bunch of Thieves!!!!

I placed a pickup order, eagerly anticipating a quick meal, but my excitement quickly turned to frustration. Upon arriving, I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes beyond the promised time. When I finally got my sandwich, it was a major letdown. The bread was burnt to a crisp, leaving it with an unpleasant, almost plastic-like taste. To top it off, the girl behind the counter was on the phone, seemingly unaware of the disorder around her. She even forgot my sandwich’s extra ingredients, which added to the disappointment. It felt like I was watching a headless chicken trying to navigate a busy kitchen. As if that weren’t enough, the fountain drink machine was out of order, compounding my frustration. Overall, it was far from an enjoyable experience. I left feeling more annoyed than satisfied. I hope they can get their act together, as I used to enjoy their food.

Passing through the area.. looked nice but the subway was a dump. Fountain machine broke. Only had wheat bread at noon when they open at 9. Floors dirty, windows dirty. The area with the food was empty. Bathrooms were horrendous.
