My favorite subway. I wont go anywhere else! I love the staff. If they haven't seen me in a while they ask if I've been ok. Fresh food. Clean environment and great staff.

Tried to place my order on app 2 times I get the message. Unexpected error ..so I called was told to come over I'd be helped I explained I had bogo coupon. I get to the store was told I can't use the coupon only on line ..I saud I just spoke to you.. then he proceeds to tell me I'm wrong abd the other customers in the store said I'm wrong !i jest to get subs some place else then I received a phone call that my order was ready I said I was just in there he saud I know your sandwiches are ready ..which according to app it didn't process I didn't receive any confirmation I saud just give me my money back he saud no so I fines dispute with my bank and I am contacting subway corporate ! There was no proof my order processed I was treated wrong tild I'm wrong and told no refund ! Worst customer service !

This restaurant does not honor the two footlong for $5 each promotion. I called the store on Wednesday evening (after the Cleary Blvd store wouldn't accept the promotion when I walked-in). The woman that answered the phone said that the promotion would only be honored if I go online and order the sub. I asked that if I walked-in, would she honor the promo, and she said no.Since she wouldn't honor the deal, I went to a local Publix instead and ordered a SINGLE sub that my teenager wanted.Very sad that Subway runs a promotion yet two franchises do not honor the promotion. Don't offer a promotion if you are going to HONOR IT.

Such a great experience! First time here the owner took his time to make sure I had the perfect sandwich everything was perfect best sandwich I had in a long time from subway. I found my new subway! Thank you.

Absolutely worst service ever. Do not go here. Very rude during the service. Got 1 of the orders wrong and made one of us wait until the entire line. After doing so he charged us for chips and drink when we didn't order anything. Musa is the owner. After I asked for the owners name he asked me what i needed and i told him i was writing him a review. He proceeded to raise his voice about how he had best service, and I told him I don't agree with him. The argument got heated and I left the building only for him to follow me out the door. The officer nearby came over to calm him down. Can't make this up. Never again
