We were the only people inside the store and nobody attended to us when we wanted to order. The chicken and rice bowl was gross - tasteless, and the rice was either old or wasn't cooked right. Much of it was crusty hard and needed spitting out.

Drove through 30 minutes before close and tried to place an order. I saw a car at the window and figured it was open. I saw a woman inside make eye contact and then did not show her face after. Just tell me you closed early instead of pretending you can’t see me. Also I’m pretty sure the car in front of me did not get served as well as they drove off without the window opening. Just rude to not acknowledge people.
**Review: Quick and Fresh Delight**
"I recently had the pleasure of visiting Taco Bell and it was a fantastic experience. The service was quick and efficient, even though it wasn't too busy. The food was incredibly fresh, and my bean burrito paired perfectly with the nacho fries. Both items were bursting with flavor and made for a satisfying meal. I'll definitely be returning for more delicious bites!"

The issue here is with the focus being on drive thru and online orders is that if you walk inside the service is drastically different, and not in a good way unfortunately.

I am so sorry to do this, but I've had a long day and this does not feel good to be spoken to or treated as if I'm incompetent and such an inconvenience.
I was on my home from working both jobs for the day, getting taco bell drive thru. In the middle of my order, a new drive thru cashier abruptly and coldly asked for my order.
I needed help with getting a burrito with cheese, rice, beans, and beef for a friend. He didn't know the exact name so we just mentioned the ingredients (a burrito with beef, cheese, rice, and beans), asking for which burrito that was.
The cashier rudely cut me off, giving me ultimatums that didn't include what I was asking for, as if to hold me accountable for not knowing the exact name. Then, after making me feel unwelcome, uncomfortable, and chastised, she told me she can make anything we want, but there's an extra charge. It was all in her tone, however, completely unhospitable, like with pride too, as if she's not gonna put up with my 'incompetence,' as if I need to 'get it together.'
It was just SO distasteful and completely rude. I didn't even complete my order and drove away.
I definitely understand that it's not convenient when the customer doesn't know exactly what they want; however I wasn't being obnoxious or disrespectful in anyway. I was asking for help and got scolded instead.
I just wish I can drive home after working hard and offering customer service to others and then also receive the same. That would be nice.

My recent visit to KFC/Taco Bell was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I ordered a bowl and noticed there was confusion over whether it had enough chicken. To my shock, the employee assisting me put her finger directly into my bowl to point out the chicken. I couldn’t believe the complete disregard for basic hygiene.
When I politely asked for a remake (as anyone would after witnessing such an unsanitary action), she responded with visible attitude, as if I was the one being unreasonable. No apology, no attempt to fix the issue professionally—just bad service all around.
Needless to say, I won't be coming back. If you're considering this location, be prepared for poor service and a disregard for basic food safety.

Taco Bell has been more than just a fast-food experience for me—it has been a culinary revelation that changed the way I see food and convenience. What began as a casual stop for a quick meal has turned into a source of comfort, nostalgia, and innovation. The bold flavors, creative menu options, and consistent quality have made it my go-to, whether I’m seeking a classic Crunchwrap Supreme or one of their more daring limited-time offerings. It’s not just the food, but the accessibility and affordability that have made Taco Bell a mainstay in my life. The drive-thru has been a place for reflection, road trips, and late-night cravings—all satisfied with a sense of joy. Taco Bell’s ability to reinvent itself while remaining familiar is a testament to its staying power. It’s more than a meal; it’s an experience that continues to resonate.

The young lady that was at the window yesterday evening was rude and impolite. She’s Kind of heavy round figure and darker complexion. That’s the 3rd Taco Bell I’ve had bad experience with their employees. Those cheap fast food restaurants workers most time have nasty attitude. Whenever I go to the more fancy restaurant, the workers are very humble, respectful and professional.
