I have been here many times in the past and have always been satisfied with the food and service. Tonight, I could not say the same. The staff was rude and disrespectful to my hearing impaired friend. And another was laughing at us and saying rude things. Additionally, one of the food items we ordered was made incorrectly, and they insisted it was made correct. That the only thing wrong was that there was beef on the outside of it. We did not order anything with beef, and there should not have been any beef. Someone else came over and eventually refunded us for the one item. However, it does not make up for how rude the other 2 staff members were.

The cashier was friendly. Food came out faster however, it lacked flavour (I bought the Doritos Locos Tacos. They didn't have the cool ranch ones that I wanted so I had to settle for the original).Bathroom and dining area was clean.

Was in the drive through this evening at 10:25. Forgot an item and asked the gentleman at the window to add it. He said it to the women in the back and immediately heard SCREAMING “are you kidding me?!” “No that’s not happening”. It was a five layer burrito, which essentially is one of the most easy items to make. I worked at Taco Bell 14 years ago, I’d know. This location has steadily been going downhill with poor morale and clearly job performance. I’d rather drive the extra ten minutes to another location or another fast food restaurant all together. After working all day and receiving this kind of service, I’d rather just avoid it and suggest anyone else to as well. The gentleman working the window was nice though.

I just saw that they were recently "ORDERED SHUT 9/19/236 VIOLATIONS FOUND“Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Front counter/prep area Approximately 15 live roaches crawling on wall, floor and packages of single service items.”
