I had a party of three and I was the first person getting there to get the table, and the host or the person welcome the customers Told me I have to wait till all the people sitting with me get there before she give me the table; and I was standing there waiting, I told her they will be there in five minutes and she refused to give me the table, but, when another customer in same

Before me; it make me feel very very uncomfortable and upset . How can she discriminate people just because? She should get fired immediately. And also I tried to call a waitress and He ignored me; they discriminate latinos and black people.

The tacos were fresh, flavorful, and really hit the spot. Our food came out fast, which was a nice bonus. The vibe had potential, but the music was cranked up a little too loud for my taste. It made chatting with folks at the table kind of tough. Still, the food made it worth the stop, just wish the volume matched that laid-back Florida feel.

I'm disappointed to leave this review, but cleanliness is a top priority for me, and this taco restaurant fell short. Despite being a repeat customer, I've noticed that the vent under the table next to the kitchen door remains dirty. It's concerning that this hasn't been addressed, and I was worried that debris might fall into my food.

The restaurant was bustling with customers, but that doesn't excuse the lack of attention to cleanliness. Hopefully, they'll take customer feedback seriously and prioritize maintaining a clean environment.

The food and drinks at Tacocraft were genuinely good, flavorful tacos. Service, however, was just okay. Nothing standout, but not terrible either.
One thing that left a bad taste: I came with a party of six, and we were automatically charged gratuity. According to the menu, this policy only applies to parties of seven or more. When I noticed the discrepancy, I couldn’t help but question why the policy wasn’t followed as stated. It felt especially concerning given that my group is Black — and I’d like to believe it wasn’t assumed we wouldn’t tip, but the optics of that are hard to ignore. Whether it was an error or not, it doesn’t sit right, and to my understanding, automatically adding gratuity against posted policy could be illegal. I always tip for good service, but transparency and fair treatment matter just as much.

The The waitress recommended a drink and I took her suggestion. Good thing I did, because it was pretty good.
The bad-I would have liked for them to at least fill the drink up a little more. The tostones had a seasoning on them that I didn't care for. The dipping sauce just tasted like mayonnaise.
The review-It's a nice atmosphere but very loud. The drinks were good along with the main entree but I've been to similar restaurants that were better in my opinion.

The server was great and the food was delicious. However, Amanda was very rude and disrespectful. They offered us dessert, which we accepted, but when the bill came, the dessert was included on the check. I asked the server to remove it, and he said he needed to speak with his manager.

When the manager came over, she was extremely rude and disrespectful. She said, “This is not Chili’s,” in a very condescending tone. I explained that we dine at Morton’s and other upscale restaurants regularly, and we’ve never had an issue when a complimentary dessert was offered.

Her attitude was unprofessional and left a very negative impression. The way she handled the situation is truly hurting the reputation of this restaurant.

They should close the patios doors. The people inside don’t want to be hot. I was sweating and had a fly all over my food. I ask the waiter to close the doors and he said he couldn’t.
This time I had to eat hot and with a fly flying over my food.
