My friends and I visited TacoCraft in Plantation, lured by the promise of enticing Happy Hour deals. Sadly, our excitement turned to disappointment when we were overcharged, receiving a bill that reflected none of the advertised discounts. Efforts to resolve this issue were met with indifference from the acting manager, whose dismissive attitude only added to our frustration. This experience not only questions the integrity of TacoCraft’s promotions but also highlights a need for better customer service, especially from those in managerial positions. While the tacos themselves were enjoyable, the misleading advertising and poor handling of our concerns significantly dampened our experience. I hope this feedback encourages TacoCraft to ensure that future promotions are clearly communicated and that staff are trained to address customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

Tacocrat is a great place to enjoy tacos and other tex-mex foods in Plantation. They have bright and modern decor with indoor and outdoor seating. I have tried many of their menu items including the mushroom tacos, impossible nachos, and tres leches french toast, all of which were a 5/5. The atmosphere is lively and casual. The restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly and attentive. This is a good place to come for dinner or for brunch on Sundays.

Waitress with the black hair emo looking girl forgot our water and then dropped beans on my lap. Also forgot my fish taco. Not sure if it wasn’t her day but service and food could have been handled better.

It was ok. My girl friends and I ordered different Margaritas. None of us had second rounds. We think they use a margarita mix vs fresh. The guacamole and chips were so good! Warm chips, fresh guac. We all had taco platter dishes. The presentation with the rice and beans on the side was nice but the tacos had very little protein and more filling (mahi/tuna/baja) Service wasn’t bad.

Their menu is a little misleading (I'm a picky eater, I chose the chicken tacos based on their menu and for some reason it came with avocado and sauce that was not noted on the menu) but the service was absolutely fantastic, so it made up for it. If you're a picky eater, just spend a little extra time making sure that you get what you want because the menu isn't true to the dish. Aside from that, this place is amazing!
Went during happy hour. They were doing constuction on a booth near customers. This included using a nail gun. Food was not good. Chips and salsa had hair in it. The fish in my taco seemed like it was cooked 5 h ago, then reheated. The batter was thick, and a hard as a rock. The fish was flaky and dried up. Couldn't eat more than a bite. Drinks are ok, but best just to get a beer. Don't forget there is an 'entertainment fee' that's added to your bill.

The drinks and fantastic, the food is top notch Mexican fusion. If you’re looking for something trendy, delicious with a city lounge vibe without having to leave the suburbs/residential area of south Broward this is at the top of the list. Downtown vibes but neighborhood proximity- I’ll be here all the time. Plantation Park is a really cool up and coming area. Highly recommend!

the tacos were dry. the cripsy chicken one was fine. rice and beans tasted so bad. like from a microwave. guac was barely mediocre! waste of money. food runner mumbled everything and waiter was awkward…. not too pleasant. won’t be coming
