Used to love this place, but Yum brands is killing this place. Their recent profitability push is so obvious - everything is worse now, the wait times are terrible, and the food is bad; the burgers come out cold. Will not be returning again. A real shame what happened to this place…

The service was disappointing. I stood at the counter waiting for my meal with no acknowledgment from the team—thankfully I had text alerts set up so I knew when it was ready. Sauces, utensils, and my requested ingredient changes were all forgotten. When I went up to politely ask for help there was no one available. It seemed more like a lack of organization with everyone focused on the kitchen. The food was hot for me, but the burger patties were very small, thin, and had an artificial smoky flavor, which is especially disappointing given that’s the main focus. On the positive side, the dining area and restrooms were reasonably clean, but overall, it wasn’t a good experience.

This place has really taken a dive. Cold fries, a burger that was slopped together. The staff carries on like they are on the street corner, clearly don't want to be there and couldnt care less about what doing their job means. I most definitely will not be back here.

Order chicken bites and fries. Both overcooked and inedible. Extra sauce I paid for? didn't receive. And this isnt a 1 time disappointment. Came last wk and the salad lettuce was old and the grilled chicken was bland, unseasoned, and overcooked. Wont gey another dime out of me

The food is usually consistent here which is nice, but what is always consistent here is the poor customer service. They were short with me and had poor manors. It felt like nobody cared about being there and could care less how my party and I felt as customers. This is the third time in a course of 3 months. I made up in my mind never to go back to this location.

With NOBODY in the restaurant, except manager and I assume general manager sitting at booth, it took FOREVER to get our food. The manager was taking our order then just backs away and another girl (i can only guess was coming back from break) continues our order. Then after waiting for 10 mins come to find out that they had not yet put our onion rings down. Then mysteriously the line cook that should have been working shows up with Chinese food from a nearby restaurant running in to give the manager his fortune cookie. I don't understand THAT relationship but it looks a lot more cozy than just a manager employee relationship. Either way food may be decent but staff needs adjustment.

Grilled chicken sandwich are great , but beef burgers are not keeping the quality same all the time and salads not fresh that’s disappointing but still grill chicken sandwich is a must try item.
