I am sad to say I will no longer be dining at Broadway despite it being our go to for the past 4 years. This place has really become a total disaster. The last few times I have dined here the service has been awful. Takes forever to be acknowledged, they are under staffed, messing up orders, forgetting small requests, and worst of all the staff has been totally rude. This weekend I noticed people were having to seat themselves because no one would even acknowledge them waiting despite staff walking by multiple times. The table was cleaned and empty for minutes before finally having to ask if we could sit. Then the order was completely messed up after waiting 40 minutes for eggs and bagels. I keep trying again thinking they will turn it around but it has only gotten worse, and after this weekend, they have lost us as customers, which honestly they clearly do not care about. It is such a shame for what was a great neighborhood gem to turn into such a dump.

So my previous go to place (two brothers in cooper city) closed down, so tried this place for the first time today. I was a little concerned as some of the reviews were mixed. But I loved it. Despite it being yom kipper (so they were super busy with takeout orders) everyone was really friendly - especially our waitress Jeanette - and the food was quick hot and great! We’ll definitely he coming back. I had the veggie omelette with a garlic bagel. My wife had the sliced nova on a garlic bagels. And we got some takeout for the kids. All very tasty. And prices were reasonable. Thank you.

This bagel shop is a true gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. Nicole is incredibly efficient and attentive.
But the real star of the show is the food. I opted for a “McBagel” on a salt bagel with Jalapeño sausage and it was absolutely delicious! The ingredients were fresh and high-quality, and every bite was a burst of flavor.

Attempted to have breakfast with my daughters, (1+3) very simple order. One kids French toast, and one waffle. After waiting well over 35 minutes… not too mention I was the only person dining in, I decided to cut my loses and walk out. Had a small window to enjoy breakfast with my children and they ruined it. 1 star is me being generous.
