Victoria is the best!!

On this Memorial Day we came to this location for dinner. The food was fresh and hot, service was outstanding-Victoria was all smiles great job.

Food was delicious and Dante provided exceptional service!

Disgusting wings, the place had a weird smell, and I saw people packing directly touching the food with bare hands.

Everything was really good. We ordered takeout and the staff was attentive, our food was on time, and we really enjoyed dinner! Great special offers too! Thank you!

We ordered takeout blindly after an event and ate in our hotel room. Our sandwiches were amazing. Upon pick up, I only wished I had the time to eat there. There were lots of TVs, an ample bar with top shelf options, good music and more. The amazing food would have been the cherry on top.

The food was great! We had excellent service with our waitress Kelly she was very attentive. Would definitely recommend.

I have been wanting to come back to Smokey Bones for a very long time. There are none in the coral springs, coconut creek, or margate area. So we were at the Broward Mall on Saturday afternoon and I made it a point to say "we are going to Smokey Bones for dinner." The server, Louis, was great and we got there at 5:00 so it was not crowded yet. Ordered the pulled pork dinner and the Ribs dinner and both were excellent. Temperature in the restaurant was comfortable and not freezing like so many restaurants are. After dinner we ordered the Apple Crisp or Cobbler whatever you want to call it. It was wonderful The whole meal was good and good portions for the price which were fair. The restaurant itself is very nice inside and a nice ambiance. Would highly recommend and just wish we had one in my are in northern Broward.

Do not order from this place . They always forget items. They never take the order correct also they are rude also they don’t have a good staff Idon’t understand how they can work without any direction or management take care of the customer service. We order few times and their errors are recurrent when. We made a complain they just said sorry I cannot to anything from you. The same always burned wings incorrect items the didn’t include the sides we feel like a fraud. When you paid for something but you didn’t get the correct order

The wings here are always good. I feel the medium garlic does need some more garlic, but at least the wings are good and not fatty. Like other wing restaurants. The drinks and service from Spencer was also Great!

So lucky to have Amber again as our waitress. Always helpfull and courteous. Looking forward to having exceptional service again!

Jasmine was a wonderful server she was quick on her feet and very nice, the food was delicious we would highly recommend!!

Luis was an excellent server. We had great BBQ and the sides were awesome.
