This is the best Wing stop in all of Dade and Broward!!! They have amazing an amazing team working at this Wing Stop. The wings are soo good I travel from Cooper City to have wings at this specific location!! They're tasty and always fresh. Tshai the manager is amazing. She's always pleasant and professional. She's part of the reason I'm a loyal customer. Daniel is always smiling and recognizes my voice when I call. She's so caring. Kevin my sweetheart is serious but also very attentive and caring a well. They make me feel like I'm part of a family. Amazing wings and outstanding customer service!!!

Ordered 3 piece tenders meal with lemon pepper. Tender and fries were under seasoned, both fry's and tenders barely had fry seasoning and lemon pepper seasoning. Tenders was served in styrofoam with paper under. By time I got on the third tender I couldn't eat it because it had too much oil and it was make me feel a bit sick since it was too oily. Not worth the money I spend and the time I waited.

As a regular customer of wingstop, I was very disappointed in my last visit. Our experience with the young lady who took our order was seamless, however after a 20 minute drive home we discovered that we never received the bleu cheese dressing along with our order. So we drove the 20 minute drive back simply to pick up a thing of bleu cheese as should have been placed in our bags. The gentleman working the register at 5:26, Kevin (as listed on our receipt later on), greeted us. We explained how we had just placed an order but never got the bleu cheese to come with it and just needed bleu cheese. Kevin responded with "Well I've been packing all the bags for the orders, so it was in there." Obviously the dressing wasn't in there or I wouldn't have made a trip back to the store so being called a liar over a forgotten sauce by your establishment is poor customer service skills and unprofessional. With making a trip a grand total of 80 minutes, just so our wings could actually be enjoyed, there are far greater things in life for me to do then try to 'cheat the business" out of a bleu cheese that should have been in the bag in the first place. Kevin informed me that because he had packed all the bags and "knew" the bleu cheese was in there, which it clearly wasn't, that he couldn't give me a bleu cheese but I could purchase one for $1.99 or $4. Why I have to make an additional payment for a sauce that should have been included is besides me. This is a matter that should certainly be brought up to their employees by management and rest assured that corporate will be informed about this situation that Kevin brought upon himself. As an employee myself in the service industry I understand accidental mistakes, but either own up to it or actually provide customer care. Not call your customer a liar because of a mistake on YOUR part.

I ordered a 10 piece combo and the fries were salty. I called the restaurant to complain. After, I long day of work I was not going back out. The manager said, they would replace the fries the next day, as long as I return the fries. Guess, what? You wi be getting your day old fries. Just poor customer service in my opinion!

Always fast and pleasant. Mostly because of the wonderful woman with the braided hair at the front counter. The food is pretty fantastic and the place would get the fifth star if it weren't for those soggy-ass fries. I've tried them 3 times now and I've tried hard to like them. But they always disappoint.

Worst experience I ever had. I order chicken wings and they said it will be ready in 25 minutes. I had to wait hour and 20 minutes. They are lying everybody. A fast food restaurant with more than and hour check. I'm never come back to this place.

Meh! Wingstop has been popular over the last 30 years. With new logos and rebranding, Wingstop isn't what it used to be. The service is hit or miss and I don't like it when the cashier had to put down her snack, lick her fingers, then wipe her mouth just to take my order, (Plantation, Florida). " Uhhh, can I see a manger please?" Lick, lick...wipe. "I am the manger." Obviously training or lack of management is/was an issue here during my last visit. I'll give them another chance in the future, but for now... I won't be stopping for wings at this WingStop! Moving on...NEXT!

So disappointed! I love these wings but for some time now the staff has gotten worst! The food is alright but the attention to the customer is terrible! I'm get an alérgica reaction to blue cheese and they seem to keep confusing the ranch for blue cheese. But okay that's not the worst. The worst is that SHAUNTI the cashier that seems to always be there Saturday night always has the worst attitude. Today for example made me wait while she was texting to pay for my food and after I paid didn't check if my food was ready. Completely ignored the bag rack until I had to ask another employee to check. Finally got my food and of course it was cold. Thanks SHAUNTI. Avoid if possible. Specially Saturday's at night.

My first time ordering Wing from The Wings Experience was the worst experience ever! 1- I didn't have my order on time, 2- My order was totally wrong! I asked for SMOKED wings (They gave me dried and over cooked FRIED wings) I asked to tossed the sauce on the wing (They gave me the sauce on the side), 3- I ordered French fries (They gave me dried over cooked COLD and hard french fries). Next time y'all buy something from Wing Experience, make sure it is the right order and it's hot and fresh food.

Rude! Incapable of simple tasks, don't care about health regulations, can't fulfill the simplest of orders. They like to tell you 12 minutes and sound cool like they'll actually cook your food and have it ready by then!

The cold demeanor and rude personalities experienced at this location is unmatched. Two women with braids at the front have the worst attitudes. Simple food related questions are a task for them to respond; met with eye rolls and subtle deep breaths. I have visited this location a few times and from this day forward I will be writing a review about these two women every time I encounter the continued rudeness. Hopefully they will be coached on how to deal with guests respectfully.

They went the extra mile wings were excellent and the staff was very friendly. This is going to be one of my regular locations now for wings. I usually go to publix or get em from billys tavern but this wingstop is really good

These wings are disgusting, each one had blood in it. Gross gross gross. Call the health inspector. Not sure where they are buying these nasty tiny wings. Don't waste your money
